Apulia Hotel Forte Club Scalea

PROS : - the beach is beautiful crystal clear. 2 mins walk from resort. You need to wear beach shoes due to beach is rocky but pretty. - The apt is confortable, bed is ok. The Ac works well and it cools alot. 👍 - the breakfast is fine. Alot of crossaints and other sweets. Ham and cheese and eggs as well. - the cleanning crew is very helpful and do their job well. I feel bad for them at time because this resort is mainly for toddlers, kids and teenagers, therefore there alot of mess in the rooms. -The property itself is nice well taken care and spacious. - the landscaping is well taken care as well. - the kids pool is aside and it is fun for kids to play in it. (Needs to be remoded but is ok) - the animation crew is exeptional. These people work all day and night. The animation crew overall is a 10!! - the pizza at dinner is the best!! CONS: - lunch and dinner is very average to say the least with the execption of pizza. I was expecting better quality of food compared to other resort i have been in italy. - too many people at lunch and dinner. The lines were long specially to grab pizza. - avoid going on august by all cost. Too much chaos. - the manager needs to do a better job at lunch and dinner. Too many ppl at the same time. No organization structural what so ever. The week i was ther (august 26-sep2) i witness 3 altercations. Police arrived along with ambulance. That is unacepatable is vacay resorts. - i experienced some waiter were rude but i think is because they have been overworked by managment. Is a shame. OVERALL: - the resort is ok for what u pay for. Is not bad but no great. I will not come back mainly because there alot more places to see.. FYI, if you decide to go. Please go out and visit other beaches like arco magno, isola di dino, tallao. They are beautiful.

Ho trascorso una bellissima vacanza! La struttura è grande e accogliente. Il personale è meraviglioso: dagli animatori agli addetti in cucina, tutti sempre sorridenti e disponibili. Il mare è spettacolare e il cibo è abbondante ci un gentilissima ragazza all' buffe si chiama Cristina sempre sorridente grazie 😘

Brutta esperienza per la scarsa pulizia delle stanze, personale arrogante e poco disponibile a partire dal direttore del bar. Le stanze infestate do formiche che salivano sui letti, sulle scarpe.
