Excellent experience whilst visiting the Thai Embassy. Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great place to relax with great food. Thank you to Otto and the team for making a stressful experience very pleasant, and for the extra help with transport, even a free shuttle bus across the border. I'd recommend to anyone looking to relax whilst waiting for their documents, and would definitely visit again 😊.

The hotel is by the Mekong River, opposite to Thailand. The location is a little bit off. The outdoor greenery of the hotel is good. The breakfast feels so-so. The internal facilities of the room are slightly outdated, but it should be pretty good in Savannakhet.

Very nice homestay. The owner Nicolas is friendly and welcoming and gave good suggestions for places to go and eat. I will be back here if I make it to Savannakhet again! Thank you!

Along Mekong River, very nice view and chill atmosphere, you can relax in their cafe right next to reception. Staff were absolutely sweet and friendly, they were so helpful and provided excellent service and very hospitality. Location is great, you are very close to everything in town. Negative point : The room have some smells, not sure where it come from, especially the bathroom. Wi-fi can be better speed.

It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom smells a bit like sewage. The shower works, but the drain doesn't drain well. They didn't have a hair dryer, but they found one and brought it to me. Booking a tuk tuk to the airport was also smooth.
