Iris Garden Inn

A few things .. Checkin lady was very nice and helpful the complete stay. Room 225 * Smell was horrible. After the 1st night I finally found the problem. The small fridge had rotten ice cream sandwiches. Closet door handle was broke off . And left behind ice bucket Inside the side table we found the alarm clock and old food wrappers On bed skirt . I don't even wanna know what's on it Something nasty on the blind . Mirror..sink front and bathroom door There is a dental stick in the window seal I left it there looks pretty old. They charge you a 50 dollar damage deposit that's the only reason I really took notice of all the issues besides the smell cause that you couldn't miss. When I 1st went down to say something about these things the 2 ladies at the desk seemed offended that I was saying something about it . ( this was before I found the smell myself) Once I found the smell and we went back to desk the original lady that checked us in was at the desk and I asked her to have the fridge removed . The room smells alot better. Anyway. Unfortunately. I would not stay here again and don't recommend.

房間很大，配套還行，就是早餐馬馬虎虎，第一天還行，第二天就開始品種不全，服務員也沒能及時補充，衹能吃兩個雞蛋，草草了事

We stayed on the first floor, both nights got woken up by people screaming and laughing and this went on for hours.

Bed was clean. Room smelled like a musty motel. Sort of felt unsafe having no one at the front desk around 9 and having to use a keycard to get in. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Arrived pretty late after my flight was Delayed & I had to knock on the door to get the lady to let me in. She was on her phone whilst I waited & continued to be on her phone a few minutes once I was in. The hotel was just about ok but from my room there was load talking from the reception until at least 1sm & the ice machine that was close to my room was so loud it woke me up 3 times during the nught. Would not stay again or recommend the hotel

Bathroom shower didn’t give out any pressure for a good shower. The young lady that checked me in had a attitude.

The staff was great! The toilet kept running and the room needs updates. There is no pool or hot tub and the shuttle only runs on the weekend so I had to drive downtown and pay for parking.

The property looks horrible. Dirty halls holes in walls, mold, and some weird black tar like substance was all over the room. There's an Old mop water smell in the restroom and there were two face towels instead of regular large towels. The sheets were dirty and the list goes on and on. I checked in at five o'clock and checked out an hour later. The only thing good about this hotel are the clerks at the front desk.

Ice makers on floor 2 and 3 didnt work, the sheets under mattress cover had stuff all over it. We found hair stuck to the shower walls and the Elevator smelt like smoke every time we got on or off the elevator. And had stuffed walls and holes on third floor coming off of elevator. Last but not least when we went to check out both attendants at the front desk were sleeping.
