Two bedrooms and baths are in the main part of the house, and the third bedroom and bath are in a slightly separate area attached by a breezeway, which provides further privacy for different members of the party. The amenities include both a heated pool that opens on May 1 and that stays open until October 31. (The hot tub is available all year round.) Both the pool and hot tub are both located in a glass-enclosed structure with retractable ceiling and sides. The main part of the house has a well-appointed kitchen and dining room, plus a screen porch seating area for nicer weather. The living room with wood-burning fireplace and Smart TV is also in this part of the house, along with a piano for those who like to play. Upstairs, the loft-style space houses the master bedroom with queen bed, and an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate stall shower. There is a desk in the room for work-related activities, and there is a small balcony for taking breaks from such, with a lovely view of the natural pond. As well, the laundry facilities are on this floor. Downstairs is the second bedroom, which can be set up with either two twin beds or one king-size bed. Next door is a bathroom with stall shower. Down the breezeway is where the third bedroom can be found. There is a bedroom with a queen-size bed up the spiral staircase. On the first floor is another living room/game room with a Smart TV, a foosball table, and assorted toys and games for guests of all ages. There is a full bath with stall shower here, too. Between the house and pool house is a stone fire pit and a gas grill. We supply the wood and the propane. There is plenty of yard for kids to enjoy running and playing.
