Perched high atop the 50-foot sand dune, The Lookout boasts the best views of the harbor and downtown Saugatuck, making its screened-in sleeping porch the most coveted room in the Treetops. Perched on top of a 50-foot dune, the complex is positioned directly across the lake from downtown Saugatuck. As the primary means of access to Lake Michigan, the harbor is perpetually full of boats, music, and other fun sights viewable from the cottage porches and firepit.
