Decent hotel. Renovated few years ago. It was clean. The food was tasty. Services ok. Overall a good experience. It is an All inclusive hotel, with private beach area including sunbeds at a good distance apart and beverages for free. Also sunbeds at the pool, with 2 slides for anyone to enjoy. You can have fun on the beach or at the pool

We had a 3 nights with all inclusive in July 2023. The hotel is clean, the personnel never will be enough, bur they tried to satisfied all asks. The food was good, maybe not managed in the best way, but the products were qualitative. The pool was very nice, large and they had activities for kids daily. Snacks between meals and unlimited beverages. The alcoholic drinks were qualitative, too.

The 4 stars is a total trap. This hotel needs to Take down 2 stars. This is a 2 stars hotel at most. You can NOT serve this type of food to a 4 stars hotel. I am currently here with my ealderly parents and we are thinking to leave sooner than planned. The food is absolutly Horrible. Please Take a Look at thw pictures and see for yourself. No 4 stars hotel should ever be allowed to serve this kind of food. The french fries are extremly fried and cold. The green beans have a sour taste (strong feeling they are spoiled). The room is also a disaster. Blood traces from various insects on The walls and also The night curtains. The shower has a leak and The bathroom is flooded After every single shower. The carpet is dirty and with big black stains. It’s absolutly unbelieveble how disgusting this whole hotel is. We informed the local authorities about everyhing and will Take formal actions agains the hotel.
