Location is very good but the service really needs a change. There is no obvious service given. You might end up in repeted ask for basic amenities like no doormats, non working curtains, hardly cleaned rooms. Cost wise resort is on higher side but amenities and service wise it is average. Swimming pool is hardly cleaned. Instead of changing water, more cleaning chemicals are added. Nothing for small kids to play (though images show kids play area). It has a pure veg menu with limited options. Room service for dinner will only start after 9 if dinner is not included. The staff count is low to support the operations. I don't think the reviews are genuine enough and this one should be a last option.

Good for family stay. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel.

Very good location with a valley view , great pool area, nice and clean rooms with very helpful housekeeping staff.

the experience was every worst . no AC remote given no fan in room. water not available in washroom in front of door no single door mat is provided. service was not proper. calling reception we got response after one hour so it was worst experience

Excellent view, pool could have been better in terms os cleanliness. Over all good stay, went out with my friends. Had a great time!!

We had an okay stay in the resort. Though it has an Infinity Pool, the water was not clean. Breakfast was okay, rooms were okay and it had insects and spiders
