Our 1-1/2 story lake home with furnished walkout basement provides 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, see thru fireplace and approximately 3,000 sf of paradise lake living space. The 5 bedrooms include 2 king beds, 2 queen beds and 4 single beds providing sleeping in beds space for 12 people. A full bathroom is located on each floor with a powder room off the kitchen and dining room. There is a laundry room with washer/dryer on the main floor. A fully furnished kitchen provides dining for 12-14 people. The kitchen is highlighted with granite countertops, LG stainless steel appliances including an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and 25 cu French door refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja air fryer and blender. The finished basement features Samsung appliances in a kitchen/wet bar area with a second refrigerator and eating area. There is also a theater room with a 85 inch Sony smart TV. The exterior features 110 feet of water front and a sandy beach with spectacular views. For your enjoyment there is a 15x30 foot maintenance free deck with table/chairs, a 14x24 foot concrete patio with Char-broil grille, outdoor furniture and a large paver area with fire pit and wooden Adirondack chairs for your comfort when making S’mores.
