This hotel actually have a good location, it is close to shopping centre. But the Lobby area is in the second floor and have no aircond. But the receptionist and all the staff were nice. At the beginning we enter the building in the basement, where was the elevator, it was really smell smoke. And the floor where was our room also smell smoke. The first room we got actually was nice with the sea view. But the AC was too noise. So we moved to other room. But unfortunetly there was no hot water. The breakfast was simple, but the place where we had breakfast was in the roof with the nice view

It turned out that it was because the hotel didn't know how to operate the bank card provided by Ctrip, which led to the hotel not deducting it? ! I was really impressed. I checked in twice and had three front desks, but no one understood. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service was very, very timely.
