Sarina Palms Caravan and Cabins Village

Lovely clean amenities. The whole park was clean and well maintained. Staff were lovely. Walking distance from shops and local takeaways. The only downside was the location oh the ‘dump point’ which was right outside the entrance to the ladies amenities.

We stayed here one night in a lovely generously sized self -contained unit. It was very comfortable and very clean. The reception lady was friendly and extremely helpful when telling us about dining options. Everything worked in the unit. We would certainly stay here again.

I booked a family cabin as I needed at least 2 beds and where I parked the car and for the driver to get out of the vehicle and go into the cabin I had to step over a garden bed and at night there were no lights around the Garden bed to see if you might trip on the pavers that were around the garden bed. And so on one evening coming back to the unit I trip with shoes on after I had parked the car in it's spot and when I went out to check to make sure that I had locked the car I trip again doing a lot of damage to my left foot. But after a few days when I went to talk to the Owner or Manager , I apologized for getting blood on the sheets as I slept and was told by her that I need to lift my feet and stop drinking so much wine, But if only she knew that I don't drink wine and only drink Zero Beer. The young lady that was with at the time was stunned at what she had to say. But I suppose I will not be the only one it has happened too. Also the rooms for the whole week were not even service except for the change of sheets the morning after as we were out so I phone and told them what had happened and that I was sorry but ended up getting blood on the sheets. Also the cabin was not very clean and had cockroaches running around until we found out were they were coming from the hand basin in the ensuite. I ended up at the doctors for my foot after I return home. I have more photos of how dirty the cabin was.

Pitches very close together. Facilities clean but tired. Unusual set up in no boundary fence between street/houses and site - felt vulnerable with little privacy. Owner very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was difficult to connect - managed to get one device on straight away but struggled with others - may be it’s limited to one device ? Only there one night so didn’t have a chance to discuss.
