"Nah, ini salah satu hotel dengan rating terendah saya. Saya tidak bilang hotel ini benar-benar buruk, tapi saya rasa bisa lebih baik lagi. Acungan jempol untuk pria yang mengambil koper kami secepat kilat, bahkan tanpa sempat turun dari taksi dan meletakkannya. Acungan jempol untuk menemukan peluru AC, karena suhunya 30 derajat hari ini dan saya ingin tidur di udara sejuk sebelum tidur. - Mari kita mulai dengan lokasinya. Lokasinya sangat tinggi di atas gunung. Kalau Anda mau jalan kaki, jalanannya sangat tidak nyaman. Bahkan mustahil untuk menyeberang jalan dengan benar di persimpangan menuju hotel. Naik taksi atau ambil risiko turun :D Tapi, halte bus sekitar 10 menit (10€), bandara 15-20 menit (20€), jadi pada dasarnya layak huni. Bagian kota tua bisa dicapai dengan berjalan kaki 40 menit atau naik trem atau bus 40 menit, dengan tarif 1,8 mark lokal. - Kamarnya sangat kecil, lebih kecil dari kamar yang saya tempati di Tokyo. Lampu gantung di samping tempat tidur, yang tingginya setinggi kepala, dipasang oleh seorang penipu; Anda selalu bisa melihatnya dengan kepala Anda. Mereka bisa saja memindahkannya ke samping, jadi mengapa mereka melakukannya? Ruangnya sangat sempit, hanya ada sedikit rak, dan benar-benar bocor. Ruangannya sangat sempit, hanya dua koper dan itu saja, Anda harus melangkahinya untuk ke kamar mandi. - Sarapan. However, the receptionists helped us lift and lower our suitcases. There was no iron at reception. The shower is poor; there's no partition, and the entire floor is covered in water, so you could slip and get hurt."

The hotel has a beautiful view, a terrace, and a nearby supermarket, which is quite nice. The room offers cooking facilities and is well-equipped. However, the mattress is a bit soft, making the small bed a bit cramped. Sarajevo is beautiful, with a subtle sense of melancholy."

"The apartments were mediocre at best. The only positive was that it was clean. On the other hand, some of the light switches didn’t work, and when they did they were dim or flickered. The pillows were flat to the point it felt like there was nothing there. Things kept breaking or falling off. The couches were sunken in and the TV didn’t work. Other reviews failed to mention the apartments sit bedside a graveyard. The apartment we were in overlooked the graves, if we had known this before we definitely wouldn’t have booked. Location wise it was a 10 minute drive from the old city. For those looking to spend most of the their time in the old city these apartments aren’t for you."
