Ulasan Hollywood Hotel

The hotel room was big, clean, and bright, with lots of space to move around. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was really clean. It felt great to stay in such a fresh and tidy place.

The hotel is generally clean, safe and very suitable for a comfortable holiday. The breakfast menu is quite good. Eating at the hotel restaurant is not expensive. All these are the positive aspects of the hotel. However, they keep your passport hostage at the reception and do not want to give it to you until you leave the hotel. I have no idea how they can cover any damage to the passport. and actually a great irresponsibility for the hotel. But they don't even care. Finally, it is very absurd that they ask for a fee at check-out for the water in the room.

Veel voorzieningen in het hotel. De kamers zijn heel ruim en comfortabel. Bij het inchecken moesten wij onze id-kaart afstaan (tot in de ochtend) dat is niet de gewoonlijke manier en voelde niet heel prettig. Verder een prima hotel!

Ligging is vlakbij de vliegveld. Grote kamer. Let wel op dat ze de paspoort innemen als je op late tijd komt inchecken. In de ochtend geven ze het pas vrij.

酒店很大型，但是1樓太嘈雜了，像個鬧市。服務員態度很差勁。有點歧視中國人。開始給我開的房間貨不對板。後面教涉之後才給我換了房間。還一定要壓我的護照，我們不給他壓護照，他就摔我們的護照，還很生氣。

가성비 좋고, 호텔 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 사라예보 공항과 가까워서 새벽 비행기 이용하기 매우 좋습니다. 강추합니다

跟中國酒店肯定不能比，人太了有點吵鬧

We were put up in the hotel for 2 nights after our flights were cancelled out of Sarajevo due to the snow. What can I say. It’s probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Checkin: Staff were completely uninterested, went onto the next customer when I was still speaking. Awful. 2 lifts for the whole hotel and it was mobbed! Room: Although big, the room was tired and in need of upgrading. Paint peeling off the walls, carpet stained. TV cut out in the middle of a programme when the WiFi went down. We had no tv for the rest of the night. Food: We were provided with full board charged to the airline. We checked in about 9pm, the buffet was utterly awful, everything was cold or lukewarm and I didn’t fancy food poisoning. We didn’t use our full board at all after that experience. Reception staff are absolutely awful. Too busy staring at their phones to help. Completely ignored us when we standing right in front of them every time we approached reception. Even when we said ‘excuse me’ or similar. When we requested an airport transfer at 11am for leaving at 12.30 the receptionist said that she’d arrange it… she didn’t. We approached her at 12.40 and she scrambled together a waiter to drive us to the airport 30 minutes late!!! Honestly, don’t waste your money, the only saving grace for us is that we didn’t pay for the ‘hospitality’ (or lack thereof) of this dump. (Special mention to the waiters in the actual restaurant - not the buffet section - who did seem genuine and helped us where they could.)

Would have rated as a big fat Zero if possible. Worse hotel at which we have ever stayed. Would have moved but we were on a tour. Very noisy at night when there events which there were both nights of our stay. Very large and confusing layout. Limited elevators and very slow. The worse was when I asked for a glass of ice to take to the room, I was told no ice unless I purchased a drink. No ice machines for guests.

The ugliest hotel you can ever visit. They steal your stuff and won't replace. They don't clean the rooms properly. My son has asthma and we got a room full of mold. The employees are very rude and yell at you. There are a lot of scary people knocking on your door in the middle of the night. My son had spilled chips on the floor where they picked it up in a bag and put it on the bed. Another day they had put a garbage bag on my toothbrush

from day 1 my sister's shoes were stolen from the hotel, staff yelling at people, no cleaning in rooms, mold in rooms, poor hygiene, card not working for rooms, bad smell from reception to my room, save your money and don't choose it , not even animals will live here, i can provide with photos and videos to everyone

Hotel Hollywood in Sarajevo is undoubtedly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. My expensive shoes were stolen by the hotel staff, and when I asked them to review the surveillance, they didn't want to help at all. The hotel is filled with shady characters and can hardly be considered a 4-star hotel. The room was filled with mold, and when you went down for breakfast, the whole dining area smelled of old food. The room key card didn't work, and you had to stand at the door for 5-10 minutes before it finally opened. When I complained to the staff, they were rude and shouted at me. Additionally, there is constant noise outside the hotel, and I had someone knock on my door in the middle of the night. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone – a truly terrible experience!
