Hotel room was huge and very spacious by japanese standards. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and a full set of amenities was available for us to use. The massage chair was amazing especially after a full day worth of walking. And the free shuttle bus to Sapporo Station on our last day was very convenient and a life saver! Especially with our heavy luggage bags, it would have been troublesome to have to carry them down the subway stairs. So it really helped us alot! And please do book a space for the bus in advance. However, I wished staff service would have been better. Front desks was very helpful, but on our first night, we called for help in the night because we couldn’t find anyway to turn off the overhead light for the right side bed. When we asked for someone to come and help us eventually, the male staff who came sounded very irritated and unhappy. Don’t know if it was a wiring problem or some setting in the main room control panel, but there was NO WAY we could have figured it out ourselves. In fact, every morning at 7am, just that particular light on the right side bed would turn on automatically by itself and wake me up. I hope that the hotel can rectify that problem.

Whether you’re here for business or leisure, you’ll find everything you need right at your doorstep. The interiors of the hotel are nothing short of stunning. The design is sleek, modern, and impeccably stylish, with every detail thoughtfully curated. From the elegant lobby to the spacious, tastefully decorated rooms, the ambiance exudes comfort and luxury. The blend of contemporary aesthetics and high-end finishes creates a truly welcoming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a top-tier hotel with an unbeatable location and outstanding design, this is the place to be. I can’t recommend it enough! Even received this free treat of two drinks because we’ve chosen ECOLOGY CLEANING. Such a wonder experience here, would definitely be back !

Location: Less than 10 mins walk from the subway i.e. Susukino station. There is an underground walkway that is lined with shops connecting Susukino station to both Odori and Sapporo stations. Service: Check-in was fast and easy. Just showed them my booking via Trip.com and all settled in less than 15 mins. Facilities: The hotel is connected directly to a shopping mall. Food: Choose from a wide variety of complimentary tea packets and the breakfast buffet was awesome.
