The hotel has a business-hotel feel, and most guests seemed to be businessmen, but as a solo female traveler, I never felt out of place or unsafe. The location is super convenient, just two metro stops from Sapporo Station in the lively Susukino area, surrounded by restaurants and shops.
The room was a good size, with all the amenities I needed, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. Breakfast was included in my booking, and while it leaned heavily toward Japanese savory options, there were also simple Western choices like croissants, bread, and jam, just enough if you prefer something sweet.
One of the highlights was the small but lovely public bath on the 5th floor (same level as reception). It was the perfect way to relax after a long day. In fact, I enjoyed my stay so much that after a side trip to Noboribetsu, I booked another two nights here before flying home!
