Perfect location for the stay, is 10mins walking distance to Sapporo station and not too far from Odori park. JR accomodation does not disappointed at all. Room was clean and staffs were able to speak english. I will stay here again once i am in Sapporo again!

We booked 2 rooms for our family. We are very happy with the location. Room is small but comfortable. Also onsen provided in the hotel which not crowded at all.

Opposite New Otani Hotel. Very clear information on how to walk to hotel from Sapporo station on website. Friendly and helpful staff. Always ready to help. Room is clean and stylish. Well located between Sapporo station and Odori Station. Can walk to Sapporo TV tower and Susukino. Lawson and Tully's coffee are just downstairs. Will stay again.

Great hotel, clean rooms. However, Breakfast which is served at the cafe next door, only sandwich and tea were served. No choice of other type of food.

This was my third time staying in this hotel. Staff are friendly and responsive. No complaint at all. 8 minutes’ walk to Sapporo JR Station.

About 5minit walking distance to the bustop to some attraction place around . Walking around to some shop , mart . Stay at higher floor get the better view. This hotel provide the public onsen , male and female. Coffee and ice water provide for free. Luckily on the last day in Hokkaido, snow fall....

Room was quite tiny, and breakfast was simply not good enough… the public bath was nice however.

We recommend this hotel for who is consider. Which is price being reasonable, also nearly the center of Sapporo sightseeing point. By the way this hotel has Onsen for who want to relax that worthy to booking. Hotel agency is so nice and friendly. Convenience store is not far from hotel. Next time if we travel to Sapporo, absolutely to booking this hotel again.

Service is good.Can help to storage the luggage. Room are a little too small. Fair price in the city.

The hotel is close to the underground walkway that connects JR Sapporo station and the city centre, which saved me a lot of effort from walking on the snow as I was visiting in winter. The hotel staff is courteous and know English. The facilities are clean and new. There is a complimentary coffee corner in the lounge area. Overall the experience is nice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had!
