Also, it is written as a hotel here, but in fact it is just like a famous hotel, it is an apartment, and the staying experience is not good! Later, I had to help Ctrip customer service to successfully check in and find the correct customer service phone number. However, the customer service staff did not speak Chinese or English and could not communicate. We booked for 3 nights and there was no cleaning. In short, there was no communication and it was a lot of inconvenience. The only good thing is that the room is suitable for family travel, but the inability to communicate really detracts from the check-in experience!

The house was very narrow, so it was difficult to spread out two large suitcases, but other than that, everything was neat and clean, so it was very nice.

This hotel is very nice. The first is the convenient location. It's less than 10 minutes' walk from JR Sapporo Station. Second, it is very quiet. Suggestion: It is best to record the process of self-occupancy and check-in and send it to the residents in advance. Otherwise, people who use the system for the first time may be confused and affect efficiency. When I checked in, there happened to be a Chinese man next to me who had arrived the day before. With his help, I successfully checked in. Including entering the room, first enter the password, and then press the top button to open the door. The hotel did not give a very comprehensive explanation in the email. The password given in the email is for entering the door opposite the front door. In short, the hotel should demonstrate and record the processes such as checking in, opening the door, getting on the elevator, and opening the room door from the guest's perspective. Then, send it to the customer.
