Really enjoyed our one night overnight stay at Nautilus, whilst on a drive holiday to northern NSW. Easy to find, located right on the beach, excellent swimming pool, great Thai restaurant onsite, easy walking distance from our room. Brian greeted us and was warm, welcoming and informative. The rooms are stylishly decorated and have heaps of snacks and extras. Great after a long drive. Having a brand new car, what I particularly was pleased with was the carport undercover parking. We could relax as storm clouds and thunder (no hail fortunately) rolled by.

Never actually stepped foot inside “villa”: too creepy! BUYER BEWARE VILLA 127A and B - owner is a crook! Booked one night via ***********. “Clyde” set up the whole thing, making out he was the whole centre manager. He promised me a villa on the beach; and an upgrade. Upon arrival (which was very late, too late in fact - most managers would have either left the key in a lock box or said no check in past midnight), this creep met me and was insistent I “look around my suite”… which was one room, and here’s the kicker, which shared a wall with him, the owner. I was completely creeped out by the whole thing and left. Having been a victim of a scam already (the beach and upgrade were nowhere to be found), I wasn’t about to ignore my intuition on this one. SINGLE WOMEN TRAVELING ALONE: THIS MAN IS BAD NEWS. stay safe!

So-so, fairly dirty room. No curtains on some windows so woken by light at the crack of dawn. But worse was a very rude manager who threatened to 'call the police; your stay is over!' when we dared use the pool after vacating our room (after check out time). Left a really sour taste in the mouth - completely unnecessarily. I followed up with an email and a call just to understand why he'd been quite so rude. Neither email nor call were returned.

The villa is old, clean inside but otherwise the outside courtyard needs a good clean, very run down and grubby. Was wanting to use the bbq but after seeing the courtyard didn’t even bother. Carpets have patches that aren’t even glued down. The parking in this place is appalling, tight and difficult. To avoid hitting other cars etc you need two to navigate into the park and be able to straddle the console in order to leave enough space as it’s also a part of a walk way to other units. The whole place looks old and tied and needs a good clean, paint and money spent in the units to update the 30+ year old fit out. Maintenance and staff opened the door to our room uninvited and whilst were in there, an example of how this place works. Grounds are nice, pools look good and nice area overlooking the beach. There are much nicer options around for the money.

We had a lovely stay in this villa- extremely clean,extremely comfortable bed and the host Petrina provided many little extras! Would highly recommend Dreamtime Villa (#143) for a relaxing comfortable holiday! Pools are great ,Thai restaurant has great food and we really enjoyed having evening meal down by the foreshore- great view

We enjoyed our stay at Nautilus, and hope to get back sometime soon, I was disappointed that there was not more availability at different times of the year, Coffs Harbour is such a beautiful place, and we found plenty of things to fill our days, I wish my stay had have been longer also a great place to relax and spend your days lazing by the pools.

Vorsicht Betrüger! Nach 650km Anreise musste ich feststellen, dass das Zimmer bereits vermietet war! Es stellte sich dann heraus, dass das Zimmer anstelle von 2024 auf 2025 (!) umgebucht wurde. Ich musste dann im Auto übernachten und hier meinen Geburtstag feiern. Auf meine Reklamation wurde gemeint, dass das mein Problem ist und ich könnte ja nächstes Jahr kommen. Geld gibt's keines retour. DAS IST EINE ABSOLUTE FRECHHEIT! Da auch andere Gäste genau das gleiche Problem hatten, gehe ich davon aus, dass das in dieser Drecksabsteige mit System gemacht wird. Ich habe hunderte Hotels schon gebucht, doch so etwas ist mir noch nie passiert. Meine Kreditkartenversicherung hat dann den Betrag voll erstattet, damit habe ich wenigstens keinen finanziellen Schaden erlitten. Gleich vorab: Sollte jetzt als Antwort wieder die Ausrede kommen, dass ICH den Fehler gemacht hätte, beweist nur nochmal was für Besitzer das sind, die offensichtlich so dringend das Geld brauchen, dass sie die Gäste betrügen.
