Hotel Pet Friendly di Sao Paulo

The room is too small. There is no place to unfold the suitcases in the twin room. The toilet is as small as the toilet on the airplane. Although this is the city center, the surrounding environment is very average. There are too many homeless people around, which makes me feel unsafe.

Brazil has bad security, but it is very safe here. The surrounding environment is convenient. The hotel staff speaks good English, which makes it easy to communicate. The service and hygiene are in place. Clean sheets are changed every day. This is the second time I have stayed here.

A real luxury experience

I bought a promise (experience) and it was given a completely other. We are very unhappy with what happened ... That was totally discriminatory in fact .... we could prosecute them by claiming that reason. The couples were all forced (including us) to dine inside the room ... was super boring and strange. This is completely out of the consumer's code, we are forced to buy a dinner at that value or you can't eat inside the restaurant. It was a pity. abs,

The hotel is very good, with good surrounding facilities. The shopping vila olympia mall is right next to it, and there is also a slightly higher-end JK MALL, which is very convenient. There are also many bars nearby, so you can go out for a few drinks at night.

2nd time at this hotel and for good reason! Aside from the amazing staff service and clean room, the one thing I always look for is a decent gym. This place has a full gym with equipment ranging from bench press to even a smith machine. Would definently go again!

This is a great hotel for a short stay in São Paulo. However, checking in took way too long (over 15minutes). The reason for this is that the receptionist, Josinilson, subscribed us to their loyalty program without informing us upfront. He kept asking personal questions that were, according to him, necessary for confirmation of the reservation. After a long day, we just wanted to sleep. When we jokingly asked why he needed all that information for, he got sarcastically aggressive saying “because for my work”. The other receptionists were clearly shocked too. The hotel is great, room is more than okay and beds are comfortable. But the check in experience is in need of some improvement.

The hotel is wonderful, and is well located.

The customer service of Mr. Nick at the hotel reception was great. Also, I definitely want to visit Sao Paulo 🌷 The location is also a safe area, and it was convenient to disturb acquaintances' houses and restaurants. The content of the breakfast buffet on the 28th floor was very substantial and the scenery was the best.

Perfect service, all staff are very polite. The hotel is near Oscar Freire and all restaurants.
