I was given special package plan, which was very good value for money.

Very clean and having able staffs.

Not that many choices of the breakfast

Friendly staff but their English level could be a problem if you need information about something outside the hotel. Cleaning could be better. There were many long hairs in my bathroom when I came. Also there was money missing in my room after cleaning staff had been there. I adressed this to the hotel but nothing happend apart from that said it would be investigated. Didn't hear anything about it. Would recommend to use the safe if you wish to stay in this hotel! The Wifi also is not that good in the room. A bit slow and I jumped in and out several times. Breakfast is good. So is the restaurant. The rooms are quiet and I didnt get bothered from any outside noise. Pool was decent. Liberdade is a nice area if you like Asian cusine. All in all the hotel is ok, but I didn't like that I was stolen from. Fortunately it wasn't more than 50 reais, so I didn't make a big deal out of it. It was laying on the table instead of in the safe, but still I dont think it should have happened. I would never stay there again. If that hadn't happen I guess the hotel could have been rated with good value for your money.

Hotel de qualidade, boa localização, funcionarios excelentes, atendimento maravilhoso, ótima estrutura, quarto limpo, cama confortável, chuveiro ótimo, piscina e sauna limpos. Pela estrutura e qualidade do hotel, a expectativa para o cafe da manha foi alta...realidade: decepção, alguns quitutes com cara de amanhecidos, ovos frios; mas o croissant estava gostoso.

O custo benefício do hotel é bem interessante. Equipe bem treinada, cordial e prestativa. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Há anos que as mesmas coisas se repetem.

Preciso destacar o excelente atendimento dos funcionários, que me fez recordar do perfil que tá ficando no passado (ótima condução, apresentação e sólida formação). A localização é um ponto forte. Mas o hotel tá “cansado” e precisando de algumas renovações. O café da manhã foi um ponto fraco, pois esperava mais, uma vez que é um hotel-escola.

Fui surpreendido por me dizerem que não tem café da manhã! Sempre teve! Fiz a reserva como das outras vezes! Em nenhum dos vouchers anteriores está escrito com café! E sempre esteve incluso

O quarto é bem amplo e confortável. O banheiro também. Porém achei o café da manhã fraco, com poucas opções. Pão não estava bom. Queijo branco ressecado. Poucas frutas. Acho que poderia ser melhor pelo preço.
