Saya terus memperpanjang masa tinggal saya di Selina karena orang-orangnya, layanannya, dan lokasinya. Interaksi berkualitas dan tulus, kualitas fasilitas jauh melebihi harga hostel ini. Tempat ini lebih cocok untuk orang-orang yang ingin mencari kenalan baru dan menikmati kawasan indah Sao Paulo (Pinhieros) dengan anggaran terbatas. Fasilitasnya dimodernisasi, dan sarapannya enak. Terima kasih atas keramahan Anda.

Hotel ini memiliki banyak potensi, dekorasinya bagus dan stafnya sangat ramah. Sayangnya kami mengalami beberapa masalah ketika kami berada di sini, AC rusak dan hanya ada satu kamar mandi untuk seluruh lantai kami sehingga sering sibuk

Saya suka Selina. Saya selalu tinggal di sana dan merekomendasikannya.

Lokasi sangat bagus, tempat nyaman dan kamar mandi sangat bersih. Selain itu, area umum sangat ramah. Saya pasti akan kembali!

Tempat tidur susun paling atas di kamar bersama sangat tinggi dan sulit untuk digerakkan. Ada juga kebingungan mengenai penetapan tempat tidur yang ditolak oleh meja depan.

Saya berangkat kerja di SP, jadi saya ke Selina hanya untuk tidur. Tapi kamar dan kamar mandinya sangat bagus.

Selina terburuk yang pernah saya kunjungi. Dapur kotor, kamar berisik, tidak ada suasana bagus. Tas makanan saya dicuri di dapur umum ketika saya keluar selama 5 menit. Manajer Selina Antonio sangat tidak membantu dan tidak menganggap itu masalah besar pencurian di properti. Orang-orang di resepsi tidak berbicara bahasa Inggris, mereka tidak tersenyum kepada Anda dan mereka sering bersikap kasar. Jika Anda check out satu menit setelah jam 1 1:00, mereka mencoba menagih Anda untuk 1/2 malam lainnya. Saya tidak merekomendasikan Selina ini.

Asramanya bagus dengan standar Selina yang biasa. Beberapa kegiatan yang bagus. Distrik ini artistik & aman (namun bisa jadi agak terlalu berisik jika Anda ingin beristirahat). Dapur umum bisa jadi jauh lebih baik, tidak memiliki banyak elemen seperti 0 mangkuk, hanya 5 piring, dll. Saya tidak beruntung memiliki seorang pria yang tinggal (secara harfiah sepanjang tahun) di asrama saya & bertindak seolah-olah itu adalah tempatnya seperti memutar musik keras pada jam 10 pagi pada hari Minggu pagi, dll.

TIVE QUE PAGAR MAIS PARA PODER TER O QUE FUI INDUZIDO AO FAZER A RESERVA. Fiz a reserva para um dia no *********. As informações e as fotos não são claras que o banheiro é compartilhado (o que para mim, jamais funionária) Eu sou um cliente contumaz do ********* (Gold) e após o check in a atendente me informa o andar e como funiona o banheiro compartilhado. Disse que poderia ter um engano e que na minha reserva não indicava compartilhado. Recusei e ela de pronto disse: Estamos tendo problemas com eles, mas verei o que posso fazer. Pode fazer nada, a não ser me cobrar mais 80 reais , fora a diaria ja paga para eu poder ter aquilo que fui induzido a reservar. Café da manhã (eu estava a trabalho) Demorado, uma pessoa para atender, cozinha demorada, me levantei e a atendente sem poder fazer muito, pq não depende dela e sim da estrutura de atendimento do lugar, gentilmente fez um suco e uns paes de queijo para eu comer indo ao meu compromisso. já havia se passado 20 minutos. Experiencia ruim pelo serviço e não pelo quarto e local. Não volto mais.

My macbook was stolen in the room that I was staying. I put it inside the box in my bed with a lock, I must clarify that I put it there because there are just 4 safe lockers for 8 beds, and when I came back I found out that not only the lock but all the security system of the box was broken and my Macbook wasn’t there. When I reached out the employees of the hostel, gave 0 priority on this. In fact I talked to the manager and he told me that he wasn’t able to help me that day, but the next day. And the next day he said that he was going to report it, and I didn't receive further information about it. There is 0 initiative from Selina to solve the problem and compensate for this, and they should, considering that it wasn't my fault as I didn't left the computer in a public place, but inside the tools Selina provide me to "save" my things, and it was locked.

No TV's in the rooms which id fine buut given that EVERYONE has a macbook these days, why would the projector in my room not include the adaptor? Very frustrating having to actually buy one (which I did not do) in order to use the projector that was "included" in my daily rate. It honestly makes no sense. Also, I actually had to dry myself with one of my clothes after taking a shower because there were NO TOWELS IN MY ROOM. Honestly with this daily rate and the service that I got I would not stay there again AT ALL.

Very cool hotel! Nice design etc. Although, could use better maintenance (roof lamp didn't work, very squeaking bed, shower tap fell out of when showering, smelly bathroom).

Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had in Brazil. First, overpriced as it can get, $80 a night for a hostel with no good features whatsoever, bathrooms looks like they were built by a 12 year old inconvenient and just look bad, also the bunk beds have a big box on top of the mattress so you can barely move at night without hitting your legs. you can get a decent hotel for that price anywhere else. Second, the staff. They are so hostile, I never felt like a guest, I felt like they were the customer and I was providing the service. They were not polite whatsoever and got called out cuz my friend visited me for 5 min. One of the staff girl called me uneducated, funny part is she was making out with her boyfriend next day during working hour in the lobby in front of the guests. Same girl yelled at me because I left the lobby door open, like what??? Is that a thing?. Third, kitchen was just nasty no point in describing it.... location it’s ok but the staff at the hotel make it so hard to come back late at night, interrogating you and stuff. I will never stay there ever again and I feel sorry for anybody doing it

Não tive uma boa experiência, o lençol e travesseiro da cama tinha cheiro de suor impregnado, acredito que não trocaram após o hospede anterior, pois não tinha cheiro bom e fiquei me coçando a noite toda e quando acordei, infelizmente estava tão cansada que não tive forças pra ir reclamar e tentar mudar de quarto. Não tem telefone no quarto e o whatsapp ninguém retorna. Peguei a opção de quarto micro, o banheiro fica na area externa no corredor, dividindo com outros 3 micros, porem deveria ter acesso apenas com o cartão de liberação, pois vive aberto e qualquer pessoa pode usar, banheiro quase sempre sujo e sem papel, falei 3x na recepção que o suporte de papel de mão estava travado e sem sair papel e ninguém resolveu em nenhuma das vezes. Tem cozinha compartilhada, cinema, biblioteca e um restaurante embaixo, o café da manhã é bom, tudo gostoso e fresquinho, vale a pena pegar o café selina. Destaque para o atendimento da Laura na recepção, foi super atenciosa e educada todo o tempo, gostei muito dela!
