Ulasan Hotel Heritage

Hotel bem localizado e muito confortável! Precisa aprimorar o atendimento. Tive um problema na reserva e demoraram para resolver. Pelo padrão do hotel , este tipo de contratempo deve ser resolvido de forma mais ágil . Mas retornarei e recomendo sim!

1. A sala é muito pequena，Em quarto duplo, duas pessoas não podem andar ao mesmo tempo 2. Há apenas uma cadeira no quarto duplo Isso me faz pensar que o preço não vale a pena

非常方便去哪裡都很近。

Café, atendimento, localização, tudo excelente! Único ponto que deixou a desejar dessa vez é o tamanho do quarto simples, bastante pequeno para um casal. Logicamente é para ser menor do que os quartos especiais, mas esse simples deve ser mais de 3x menor.

The price asked is not compatible to the service provided, the so-called boutique hotel needs to improve a bit to be worth staying there. The two elevators are old and for whatever reason management found is a nice touch to make elevators always stop on the 7th floor, which becomes a burden to the guests above that floor having always to stop going up or down; the breakfast table available is good but I had much better breakfast in much simpler hotels in Brazil, the fruit options were minimal and they did not seem fresh. We loved the bathtub but the shower needs some fixing as water goes everywhere when is open.

Hotel was ok. The lobby is beautiful but our room did not match the front lobby. The room we had on the 9th floor needed a reno. The bed was comfortable, wifi worked well and the shower had great water pressure with good pressure. Breakfast was included and it was sufficient. Front desk staff was very good and spoke English. Lots of restaurants around for dining. Overall I would give this hotel 6/10

I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is in a very walkable neighborhood not too far from the metro station. I also normally don't care much for hotel breakfasts, but felt that the options here really stood out from most!
