Got a non renovated room without booking one.. there is no mention about renovation while booking. That’s unfair when you pay 300€ a night that’s not nice. Check-in at 4 pm is absurd, I requested to put a request on for early check-in at 2 pm and the answer was ‘book another night so you can come in earlier’ again didn’t asked to confirm it so just don’t get why so rude? Then we went for check in at 13:00 knowing the room won’t be ready and that’s fine but you don’t even bother to register us in. We came back after a concert at 1 am and we still need to do the entire check in process + wait for the bags to be delivered. That’s ridiculous. Over all just disappointed, vey poor service.

Value for money. Friendly staff. A good choice for family. Need 10mins walk to metro station but very easy to get Uber so all good. Recommended for family with a child (x1) who don’t prefer to book 2 rooms.

During the stay, there was an event happening, but the service quality was maintained and quickly responded. The only is the HK team rang the bell a few times during the day time to check if the service needed.

The fixtures and fittings were quite dated for a global brand hotel. Location was kinda far from the city centre so you need to Uber/cab down. Walking would not be possible. 10 mins walk to the nearest metro. Staff were all friendly so that was a plus point. The team at the concierge was super duper friendly so we were happy :) thanks for a good stay!

Amazing facilities and close to the airport. Breakfast was good but not exceptional. Great cleaning service and in-room service.. Desk staff could use some extra training. Overall good short stay

酒店離地鐵站很遠很遠 附近是大學沒什麼商店 早餐有葡式小蛋塔 大堂旁紀念品商店很多質量好但價格不知 比住過其他萬豪 這間最差 可能設備也老了 早餐服務很好

滿懷欣喜的來到了一個陌生的國家,沒想到酒店竟然是這樣的。辦理完入住手續,就去找中餐廳吃飯,百度地圖上有小龍坎,出租車去找。吃完飯回來洗衣服,發現沒熱水,洗澡水也是就出來黃水,穿上衣服,下樓去問,由於維修,夜裡十一點到凌晨六點都沒熱水。態度很不好,耽誤半個小時的時間,什麼都沒解決。還是回房間聯繫攜程,最後攜程免了一個晚上的房費。還是攜程靠得住,解決問題很高效啊!

酒店還蠻好的,很靠近機場大概不到10分鐘就可以到。我們從機場坐出租車過來花了25塊歐元,可是回去的時候用 Uber 而且在凌晨3:00的時候花不到¥10歐元。酒店還不錯,但是是四星級的酒店,所以沒有 SPA. 服務很好。房間也很乾凈。早餐也不錯,但如果是晚餐的話,雖然谷歌的點評不是很好,但是實際上食物還是不錯的,尤其主推蝦子超好吃。地點來説的話離市區有一點距離,所以我們基本上都是坐Uber. 希望對您有幫助.

房間比較老舊 整個房間只有桌子的地方有一個插頭可以充電 調節空調也是很老舊並且空調聲音很大 但過生日送了蛋糕和酒 前台服務也不錯 每天打掃衞生很乾凈 房間有一個陽台可以看窗外 有掛燙機 酒店裡麪的店冰箱貼3.5歐一個沒有折扣 我們買了5個 街上1歐一個orz

這是我在歐洲住過的最滿意的五星級酒店,里斯本萬豪酒店設施齊全,跟國內的萬豪酒店一樣好,有户外游泳池,草坪,高級餐廳,客房很大,沒有浴缸。服務人員態度良好,非常喜歡這個酒店。

酒店在我退房以後,額外從我信用卡里扣了81歐的費用。我看到信用卡賬單提醒 ,還去問服務員好像有筆81歐的費用,前台説不可能。結果我又查了信用卡賬單確認的確酒店收的,再去問酒店,酒店才承認系統錯誤。然後我投訴至攜程。攜程反饋酒店説是按金,但其實入住的時候已經收過50歐的按金了。這種行為就是明着坑中國人,有點過分了。
