Got a non renovated room without booking one.. there is no mention about renovation while booking. That’s unfair when you pay 300€ a night that’s not nice. Check-in at 4 pm is absurd, I requested to put a request on for early check-in at 2 pm and the answer was ‘book another night so you can come in earlier’ again didn’t asked to confirm it so just don’t get why so rude? Then we went for check in at 13:00 knowing the room won’t be ready and that’s fine but you don’t even bother to register us in. We came back after a concert at 1 am and we still need to do the entire check in process + wait for the bags to be delivered. That’s ridiculous. Over all just disappointed, vey poor service.
