Hotel di Sanya Bay, Coconut Dream Corridor / Sanya Phoenix International Airport, Sanya

Thanks to Butler Wendy who is helpful in helping us upgrade to a Bigger and Better Sea View Apartment. It comes with a bathtub on the balcony. We just arrived at the hotel (after a red eye flight), she recommended a Coconut Chicken Hot pot next to the hotel and even brought us there. She constantly checks in with us to ensure that our stay is comfortable. Pros: 1. The location is convenient near the Sanya City so traveling around for food and attractions is easy with DiDi (taxi). 2. The bed is comfy. The apartment comes with a washing machine, fridge and induction cooker (but may have to ask them for the pots) 3. Breakfast is a good spread with Chinese and Western food options. Most importantly, breakfast time is till 1 pm. Cons: 1. Wifi is very very weak, and can't be used at all. And being a tourist (foreigner) we have to use our precious data roaming. 2. There is no chair and table at the balcony which does not allow us to sit and relax at the balcony. 3. The Swimming pool strangely is located outside of the hotel in a public space. So it feels weird going down for a swim. 4. There is no beach front but there is a beautiful pathway leading to Phoenix Island, so the walking and jogging is pleasant.

Ocean Sonic Resort was an absolute delight for our family vacation! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Nimo in particular was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure all our needs were met.A big thank you to Nimo for making our stay a wonderful experience. The resort itself is fantastic, with incredible swimming pools that are perfect for families. They had fun foam parties for the kids every single day, which they absolutely loved. The beach is just a short walk across the street, providing easy access to the beautiful ocean. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. We felt right at home during our stay. The resort grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities, activities, and customer service at Ocean Sonic Resort are top-notch. We couldn't have asked for a better family vacation spot. We'll definitely be returning in the future!

It's a very big and comfortable room. From counter staff varied with service. A few showed helpfulness. Some simply don't respond well. Nevertheless, we enjoyed staying there. Provided free to and fro Nanshan Guanyin and DFS which surprised us. Location is easily accessible to tram and bus. Costs is reasonable too.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay; friendly staff, and ayi was excellent. Many restaurants and activities are nearby. Great walks along the beach. Good view from the room balcony, but could not stay out long, a construction happening next door. The front desk did not completed our checkout after we turned in our keycards When we tried to checkin to our next hotel, and found that we have not released from the hotel yet. We don't understand the process, therefore it could be trip.com or the hotel fault.

Our transport got us to the wrong location the first time, but after calling the front desk, the reception lady was very kind to quickly zip over on an electric scooter and brought us to the correct location which was just about 100m away. There were locals staying in the apartment block too, some accommodations were rented out for tourists. Comfortable 2-room private apartment for 4 adults, with 2 rooms and double beds, 1 common shower, wash area and toilet. Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, crockery, cutlery and some food preparation tools. Living/dining room had a TV, coffee table, 3-seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. Balcony had a washing machine with capsule detergent, drying rack, a couple of outdoor chairs. A nice sea view awaits with views of surrounding apartments. Morning/afternoon sun shone onto the balcony nicely, providing warmth and excellent for drying clothes. Need to request floormat at the shower area, digital lock was hard to open at times, remote for TV wasn't working but reception resolved quickly. You can link up with reception via WeChat for any queries or requests. At ground level there're just 1 or 2 grocery shops and about 3 eateries, but not very lively. About 10mins walk, you can reach a shopping mall/arcade with a very large supermarket and there you can get lots of snacks, drinks and a variety of other day to day items. Lots of eating places at the shopping mall too. Although the apartment is quite out of the way, just call DiDi as its very fast to arrive and took us to many places.

The B&B is right on the beach of Sanya Bay~ The hotel room is very nice, clean and sanitary, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that are very bright. Our room is on the sixth floor and you can see the sea across from the bed~ There are also many delicious foods nearby~ The beach is right outside, next to the Coconut Dream Corridor~ There is also a swimming pool at the entrance of the hotel~ The photos are very good, especially the service of the front desk staff is very good. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the waiter came out to help me take the luggage from the first floor to the sixth floor. The service of the front desk staff is especially good. I give a thumbs up to Xiao Luo~

The hotel I stayed in on my first day in Sanya, the decoration style of the boss's house really touched my heart. The hotel environment is very good, there is a free swimming pool, it is also very close to the beach, I even picked up a super big starfish, you can rent a small electric donkey at the door, it is also very convenient to go to the market, and there are refrigerators, induction cookers, pots and pans, etc. I bought seafood at the market and cooked it myself in the hotel. The experience was great. It's a pity that I had travel plans, so I only stayed in the hotel for two days. To be honest, I didn't stay enough, I will stay here again next time~(＾◇^)/

The decoration style and facilities are very good, the location is very good, close to the train station, and there are many milk tea shops and snack bars downstairs, which is very convenient. The front desk lady is very gentle and great. The bedding is particularly good, especially the pillows, memory cotton pillows plus down pillows, which one to use, sleep 100 points, this must be praised! ! The only small problem is that the cleaning is not in place. When I checked in at three or four o'clock, it should have been just cleaned. There was water on the floor of the bathroom, and there were hair strands. There were urine stains on the wall next to the toilet. The beautiful light was shining and the urine stains were clearly visible. Hahaha. This hope that the hotel can strengthen the training of cleaning staff, and the hygiene of the bathroom should also be the most important thing for the guests. Overall praise, will definitely recommend to other friends.

The hotel is well decorated. There is the sea right outside the door. There is a coconut chicken restaurant in the lobby. You can eat while looking at the sea. The Tianya Town is also a great place to take photos. I highly recommend this hotel. It is very cost-effective. There are also welcome fruits, which are fresh every day.

As soon as I entered the town, I immediately felt like I was ”out for fun”, and it was also full of life. The town is not big, but after walking around for a day and a night, I felt fresh everywhere. This store is located near the sea on Huanglong Road. The parent-child room is quite large and faces the street. The beach is a highlight at night, with fireworks and singing, it is very lively and has a great atmosphere. The service of Beibei at the front desk was great. When we checked out and waited for the car, we were watching the sea on the first-floor platform. The front desk came over and said that if we didn't leave for the time being, they would send us some fruit. It's very heartwarming❤️I will choose Tianya Town when I come to Sanya again and try the sea view room next time
