Just go to the front desk and pick it up. Location: The hotel is in an excellent location, with a sense of security. There is a fire station and police station nearby, and it is close to Nanshanhui Mall. It is very close to the Merchants Garden, especially to Yazhou Bay Laboratory and Science and Technology Innovation Platform, business, conference, and competition venues. All very convenient. For business travelers like us, this is the place to go. Hygiene: The room is very clean. For a person with mysophobia, it is rare to have a good sleep. The bedding is very good and of good quality. Service: The hotel service staff are very polite and will say hello to everyone they see.

這次來三亞崖州灣住的這家禾睦海景度假公寓的體驗堪稱完美！推開窗就是碧藍的大海，足不出户就能享受絕美海景。房間佈置温馨雅緻，設施一應俱全，細節處盡顯品質，床品柔軟舒適，一覺睡到自然醒。而且離南山寺跟大小洞天都比較近，非常方便，前台小哥服務更是貼心，熱情周到，無論是幫忙規劃行程，還是解答疑問都超有耐心。小區出入過條馬路就是崖州灣沙灘浴場，可以游泳，超級方便，沙灘乾淨細膩，還能體驗各種海上項目，玩得特別盡興。強烈推薦給想來三亞崖州灣科技城度假的朋友，絕對值得N刷！

The service is really good. The TV in the room didn't work (it wasn't broken, I didn't adjust it properly). I was very angry at first, but I told the front desk and they immediately changed the room and upgraded it. [Victory] [Victory] I was too tired to go to Nanshan Temple during the day, so I just wanted to eat a bite in the hotel. It really surprised me! I have been in Sanya for more than a week, and I feel that this is the most value-for-money meal I have ever eaten! The two of us ordered a hand-held lamb and a shrimp and cabbage soup. The taste is really amazing, and we can't finish it, we can't finish it at all!

It was my first time traveling and I stayed in a homestay with such a great environment. The room was so cozy and warm, it was more comfortable than my own bedroom. The smart decoration of the whole house showed the owner's intentions. There were underwear wash liquid, Blue Moon laundry detergent, foam facial cleanser, and a three-piece bath set. The shampoo and conditioner were especially silky. The children said it was so good that they took photos. I have to say it was worth it to spend three or four hundred yuan to stay in such a good room during the Spring Festival in Sanya. I will come to this store again next year!

Due to work needs, I stayed in Yazhou Bay for a while, and it was a wise decision to choose this hotel as a long-term resident. The hotel's service staff are warm and professional, and can get timely and effective responses whether it is check-in or daily needs consultation. The sound insulation of the room is excellent, even on a busy working day, it can give me a quiet rest environment. The dining options around the hotel are rich and varied, from fast food to dinner, all tastes have everything, meeting the dietary needs of different time periods. In addition, the hotel's audio-visual room brought relaxation after my work, the screen was large and clear, and when watching work-related video data, I could get messages more intuitively and improve work efficiency. Moreover, the hotel is very close to Nanfan Laboratory and Yazhou Bay, and it is convenient to commute, saving a lot of time, making my work and life more convenient.

Getting to the hotel is pretty easy with an impatient child, not too far from the airport. Anya was helpful in letting us know the facilities and showing us around. The water was too cold so we didn’t get to swim. The hotel is brand new so everything was spick and span, the room is spacious with a beautiful view, my son loved the huge bathtub. He spent most of his time at the beach and Whale Kids Club playing with mifeng gege and xiao yu jiejie. It’s nice they had some kids activities so my husband and I could spend quality time, it would be nice if they had some toys though or Legos and stuff.

First of all, the service of the lady who checked me in at the front desk was super good. She was very kind and patient throughout the whole process. I praise her. The concierge was also very considerate to help the elderly. I praise her. There are cars to pick us up and drop us off at the square. The room was also great. You can see the golden statue of the Bodhisattva at night. In fact, everything was good. The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable was the breakfast and the service level of the restaurant. The next morning, I went to have breakfast. The breakfast was so confusing. Most of the Chinese dishes for breakfast were spicy, such as twice-cooked pork, chili with kelp, chili with cucumber, and spicy hot pot? Have you considered how the elderly and children eat... The non-spicy fried fish cakes and dumplings were always empty, and no one added them. The fried noodles were watery and very salty. Then there was an older male staff member in the restaurant. I politely asked him where the chopsticks were. He was very indifferent and even a little impatient and pointed to the front and said: Over there! I hope your hotel will strengthen training and get better and better. Finally, I wish you good business!

The second time I came, the boss was very enthusiastic, the hotel was as good as ever, the service was good, the restaurant was very recommended, the chef's dishes were delicious, especially the dried duck and coconut chicken, the green oranges were grown by the boss himself! The beach is beautiful. This time I borrowed a flashlight from the hotel to catch crabs at night. It was a particularly good experience! Come back next time!

The hotel is located inside the scenic area. To go to Guanyin on the Sea, you can take the shuttle bus in the hotel to the lobby below, and then walk for about 15 minutes to get there. The hotel provided a free room upgrade when I checked in, thank you very much. The hotel opened in 2000 and has been renovated once during this period, but the internal facilities still have a very ”old” feel. When the shower in the bathroom is turned on, the water flow crisscrosses, but there is no middle part (hahaha) and it has to sway from side to side when taking a shower. There is no open balcony in the room, which effectively avoids mosquitoes, but it also loses a bit of fun (both pros and cons). The hotel restaurant is located in the lobby on the mountain. You need to go up the stairs or ramp, and then climb a short slope to get to the elevator. The above overall feeling is good. Breakfast the next day was very unpleasant! There were three of us and we booked two rooms, both of which included two breakfasts, but one of the room cards only recorded one breakfast! We don’t necessarily go together for dinner. Even if you see that there is only one person living in one of my rooms, you still have to tell me which room it is, right? And I booked a room with breakfast for two, why should I be given a breakfast? ? ? I have a meal at 7:30, can’t I take a walk and have another meal at 9 o’clock? If a friend comes over, why don’t I ask him to eat together? ? ? ? I was stopped from having breakfast early in the morning! ! ! ! No matter how good the mood was, most of it was gone!
