I don't understand how this hotel gets these five star reviews. My Ctrip rating can represent my hotel experience, and this is the first time I give this level of evaluation. I am only expressing my personal experience. The room was very unhygienic, with simple facilities. There was an obvious odor as soon as you entered the room, and there was no exhaust fan. The room was full of flying insects and there was almost no hot water. The overall experience is not good.
