The room is clean, and the overall atmosphere is excellent.

The stay at this hotel was great! The room was very spacious and nice. The bathtub was great and the outdoor patio was nice. The air conditioner didn’t work well in our room. The breakfast was yummy and they had very delicious French toast. The pool was ok but it’s not very deep so hard to actually swim in it. It’s close to the beach which is nice. I didn’t find many good restaurant options nearby tried one of the restaurants at the hotel and it was so good it was just alright. The service was great they helped us find cheaper rental car options locally and drove us there which was wonderful. They have a shuttle to some popular tourist places and the airport as well. Overall the hotel is good but quite far from the popular places in Sanya.

From our arrival to our departure, the staff was extremely helpful. The check-in process went very quickly, and our room was cleaned daily. The doorman at the hotel helped us with the strollers and luggage whenever we left the hotel.   Although there are many restaurants nearby, it would be helpful to provide clear directions, especially for those who do not understand Chinese. Despite the hotel's location being a bit far from everything, there is a beach within walking distance, and Didi rides are affordable. The resort vibe of the hotel makes up for any travel costs.   Additionally, there is a bus shuttle available to some tourist attractions, but arrangements should be made 24 hours in advance. The bed was very soft and comfortable, with clean bedding. My family and I enjoyed our stay, and the private pool was the highlight of our time at the hotel.   Overall, we would definitely recommend it.

The service I received during my stay was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly, knowledgable and helpful, especially Ms Molly Wang, she was so patient in answering all my questions. As it was my first time stay in your hotel, her voluntary guidance and help was much helpful during my trip. I will come back for more stays.

All service are sophisticated, especially 王木木’s support is swift and polite. I would like to stay at this hotel next time coming to Hainan island.

Hotel is not bad, but the location isn’t really good. 7/10 Over all it’s good

The hotel was very nice clean comfy beds and a decent breakfast. However get to breakfast early and it's get over crowded real fast. The only negative thing I have to say is that in the evening the pool closed really early and the guests were very noisy every night we were there.

I enjoyed my 2 day stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I stayed in the pool room which I really liked. The food was quite nice too. The pool is great, if you’re someone who likes Instagram worthy pictures their pool will give you just that. Daniel’s service was great, because my flight was scheduled for the evening he organized for me to check out a bit later and booked a shuttle service for me to the airport. The only con about the hotel is that it’s very far from everything else in Sanya. The only nearby tourist spot is Dongtian park.

Beautiful pool and quiet location great quality for price. Near Nanahan temple. Pool is joyous rooms excellent. Best in Hainan.

Daniel, the housekeeper, contacted us one day in advance to inquire about the hotel time and dining time. There was a buffet on the evening of 5.1-5.3. The hotel accommodation and dinner package were very good and of good quality. Mike, the front desk receptionist, also sent 2 bottles of water to drink on the way when leaving the hotel. The service was very good. The swimming pool water was clean, and the Internet-famous cave swimming pool was very photogenic. There was also a free shuttle bus to pick up and drop off the Big and Small Caves and Nanshan Scenic Area. Highly recommended.

Hilton Hotel Qianhe International Exchange Center in Yazhou Bay, I stay here every time I go on business. I added Beck before, and I contacted manager Beck to make arrangements in advance before check-in. The room is large, the view is good, and I am very satisfied with the stay. Located in Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City, Sanya, this hotel with a thousand paper cranes as its theme is perfect for a bargain vacation in the off-season. The hotel is equipped with a special cave swimming pool, so you can't feel the stinging sun in the hot summer. It is also equipped with affordable afternoon tea. The price of more than 100 yuan for two people is amazing, and the so-called luxury enjoyment is just a stone's throw away. The service is very thoughtful. I have stayed in many five-star hotels in Hainan, and this is the first time I received a heartwarming dessert and a small note in a hotel! Before checking in, Lene at the front desk and a young man recommended many nearby delicacies to me, purely because he liked them and not for the so-called marketing rebate. Every smile of the employees can make the cold night full of warmth. I hope everyone can come and experience it when they are free.
