Ulasan Fairmont Sanya Haitang Bay

Ini adalah kunjungan pertama kami ke Fairmont. Interior lobi sangat indah dan stafnya tampak sopan. Kamarnya sendiri luas, tetapi masalah terbesar yang kami alami adalah bau tak sedap di kamar kami. Baunya seperti campuran bau anjing basah dan bau kaki. Kami memberi tahu staf tentang hal itu ketika mereka datang ke kamar kami untuk menanyakan apakah semuanya baik-baik saja. Mereka mengatakan akan membawa mesin penyaring udara ke kamar tetapi tidak pernah muncul. Kami mencari beberapa saat untuk menemukan sumber bau, tetapi tidak dapat menemukannya. Keesokan harinya putri saya menabrak meja kopi kayu dan menggesernya sedikit. Kami akhirnya menemukan dari mana bau itu berasal. Ada noda busuk yang besar di karpet di bawah meja kopi dan baunya tengik. Manajer datang pada hari kedua sebelum kami check out dan meminta maaf. Dia mengembalikan sebagian uang kami dan memberi anak perempuan kami mainan. Selain kamar yang bau, tangga batu merupakan bahaya keselamatan bagi balita kami. Selain bau kamar, semuanya tampak cukup baik. Stafnya sopan dan makanannya cukup enak. Secara pribadi saya tidak akan menginap di sana lagi, tetapi saya akan merekomendasikannya bagi orang-orang yang anak-anaknya tidak terlalu kecil.

The two things that deserves 5 stars is the service and personnel, and the breakfast. They helped with everything from luggage, sent fruit to the room. The room was in good condition, but the TV didn't work well.The hotel seems to have moved away from plastic bottles and other plastic items to be more eco friendly which I want to applaud. However, the hotel facilities outside of the lobby are in bad condition. Some buildings seem to fall apart, even around the pool area and the beach was extremely dirty. Plastic bottles everywhere on the beach and a big sign that it's forbidden to swim there. That was disappointing. Would recommend finding a hotel at Yalongwan around same price level.

Super room and decent breakfast. The swimming pool is huge and there is a nice beach beside the hotel. Great experience.

I can say it without any doubt, this is the best hotel I've been in last 10 years of traveling. A dreaming place combined with a peaceful location 🥂 It costs but stays aligned to the other hotels around, with the difference in terms of quality, which this hotel is far beyond!

Nice stay, beautiful hotel with a lot of wood carving, hotel lobby is amazing. Rooms are clean, also everything is from wood. Special thanks to Joly who helped us everytime, in all our needs.

Very nice hotel, we had great experience and we all enjoyed a lot during our stay. Great ambiance and more activities. Many staff is very good at their work and well trained. This hotel has a traditional timeless look. Its was uniquely design. The rooms are very spacious. The staff was very accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and everything was satisfactory. Special thanks to Yoyo from the front desk and Peter the manager for making our stay extraordinary.

The pool is amazing so as the breakfast but the hotel needs a bit renovation since the mold is seen here and there. The beach nearby is stunning! Overall: ok but with this price per night it needs some work to be done.

The best hotel I have seen so far. Service is high level. We got extra treatment from a manager Nicole Hu. Could u imagine a personal assistant while on vacation? This hotel has it all. We got free afternoon tea and fruit plate at the beginning of our stay. Trip on boat made me feel like I were in Venice. The room is out of this world. Highly recommend!!!!!😊😊😊😊

Undoubtedly, this was an unforgettable experience. This is my second visit to Sanya in three years. Unlike the last time, I brought my parents with me. Therefore, I specifically selected the Kavi Fairmont Hotel with a unique architectural style and "wood culture" for them in the last three days of the 8-night 7-day itinerary. Yes, as you can see, we have been deeply impressed by the beautiful beach scenery, Yuexuan Restaurant, travel photography service, and room service, especially Judy and 符士荣. I believe I will come here again next time to continue my exciting experience.

Great hotel, location and variety of activities

I had the pleasure to spend one night at the Fairmont and have to say that it was the best experience in China over the last few years. The management is unbelievable. Really 5 star service. Greated from my arrival, was given a tour of the unique property. The property actually look so much better than the picture. The manager is excellent. The staff are too. They made everytthing possible. They can do for you amaxing cocktails and the Italian food is great. And everything is farily priced, not like some of the neighboors hotel. I would go back again for sure. Thanks a lot for the great stay
