Keseluruhan hotel ber***a Thailand sangat tenang dan cocok untuk berlibur. 1. Resepsionis: Resepsionis Sonia.Anna antusias dalam pelayanan dan terampil dalam bisnis. Dia dengan cepat memeriksa kami dan dengan sabar memperkenalkan kami ke lingkungan sekitarnya. 2. Kamar tamu: Fasilitas dilengkapi dengan baik, barang-barang ditempatkan dengan tertib, dan ruangan terawat dengan baik. Kuncinya kamarnya lebih besar dari hotel bintang lima yang pernah saya tinggali. Balkon kamar menghadap ke laut dengan pemandangan yang tidak terhalang dan pemandangannya sempurna. 3. Restoran: Reservasi sudah termasuk sarapan pagi, hidangan sarapan beragam, pilihan cukup banyak, dan rasanya sangat enak. 4. Spa: Resepsionis antusias dalam melayani dan memilih tanda yang direkomendasikan. Pijat konon menjadi barang utama rumahnya. Selama seluruh proses, saya menyadari apa itu layanan bintang lima dan apa itu pijatan di tempat. Rumahnya benar-benar tidak kehilangan detail di setiap langkah. , Tekniknya sangat profesional. Dipahami bahwa mereka semua dilatih oleh tukang pijat Thailand. Ini adalah suatu keharusan. Hotelnya bersih, kamarnya bagus banget dengan bathtub luas dan sofa di balkon. Salah satu kamar terbaik yang kami punya di Sanya. Kolam renangnya jernih dan ini adalah hotel yang damai tanpa kebisingan, tidak terlalu banyak orang. Hotel ini terletak tepat di pantai, ada kursi untuk berjemur dengan bantal (tapi tidak cukup untuk semua orang jadi pastikan Anda datang lebih awal). Mereka juga menyediakan handuk. Prasmanan tidak buruk, campuran masakan Barat dan Cina Anda yang biasa. Restoran Thailand di hotel benar-benar mahal - layanannya tidak bagus dan kami akhirnya membayar 388 RMB untuk 'makanan jalanan' yang khas. Akan lebih baik jika hotel menawarkan BBQ pantai. Tidak ada toko untuk membeli air atau makanan ringan sehingga Anda dapat waimai ke hotel. Meskipun hanya satu orang berbicara bahasa Inggris pada saat check-in, itu adalah proses check in yang lancar. Ruangan itu bersih dan sangat nyaman. Tempat tidurnya agak terlalu lembut untuk seleraku, tapi itu adalah pengalaman menginap yang baik secara keseluruhan. Sarapannya enak dan sangat barat. Saya pasti akan tinggal di sana lagi. Sangat mudah untuk mendapatkan DIDI dari hotel.

Hotel yang bagus jauh dari keramaian. Ukuran sempurna, area kolam yang indah. Layanan ini tidak bagus. Sarapan mahal tapi ok.

The best value for money place! Has direct access to very nice beach. Very beautiful territory. Nice breakfast semi Chinese semi international variety. Hotel staff is very friendly, especially managers who always ready to help with any request- Asitha and Amber!

Always my favorite spot in Sanya: private enough, good beach and clean sea, still at a stone drop from the city center. Very convenient location within the city, so it’s possible to go out and discover the food options the city has to offer. The resort architecture and decoration it’s another label, sober and elegant still with a south asian touch and far from the usual bling bling massive resort style. This time I rented the Villa which couldn’t get any better. Beautiful house, and luxurious build: the ceiling was more than 4 meters high! Massive and double walk in closet, bathrooms etc. loved it! Special thanks to Manager Asitha and Ámbar from the Reception. Actually all staff are great, specially the mini car drivers that’s helps to move around and brings the takeaway orders.

A hotel with exceptional conditions, the staff very friendly the clean rooms, it is perfectly noticeable that it is not a 5-star hotel, because there is no maintenance in the hotel... It has a beautiful swimming pool and gardens, but the pool for example does not have the jets connected, and the jacuzzi area is also not working, no room service... It inherited the structure of Anantara but the management of the hotel is noted that it does not want to invest in the hotel, it just wants to manage and when something spoils it does not repair itself and when there is nothing else the hotel closes... It has the potential to be a Of the best hotels in Sanya but there is no investment, unfortunately. In short, it has 5-star hotel conditions but due to lack of maintenance it is a 3/4 star hotel at most.

Fifth time choosing this hotel while traveling to Sanya, used to come with friends, and now for business trips. The hotel has changed a lot over the years, and it was kinda going very low quality in terms of amenities and services few months ago. But they have made recent improvements, like the wooden deck that finally had been renovated and look nice and clean now. I was disappointed at first at my arrival since the staff was not welcoming at all, not even smiling or helping with luggages, but then Johnson took over and has been amazingly helpful! His English was great, and he upgraded my room for one with the nicest view over the pool and bay, which was really appreciated. Amber at the reception has also been a great host, great English and attitude, she helped me with my late check out. These two really made my stay better. Overall this hotel is always a good and quiet choice. Sadly they removed their western food options for the restaurant and room service, so not ideal for foreigners. But breakfast is good and got all the options. I’ll definitely come back, since to me it’s still one of the most beautiful hotel in the area, but hoping for some more improvements to take it back to the level it used to be.

One of the few hotels in sanya which has a place you can swim in the sea. The beach is very nice and sea is relatively calm being in a cove. Sunbeds are available, just need to contact staff to unlock them. Rooms are nice and big. Breakfast has plenty of choice. The grounds feel a little neglected and could do with some maintenance. There aren't alot of staff around hotel. So customer service doesn't feel like that of a 5 star hotel. There aren't many restaurants around the hotel and getting a didi car can be a little difficult in public holidays.

This is our 3rd year to this beautiful hotel and we arrived late but Taylor was very quickly give our room key and ask us to take a good rest.that was very kind.we celebrated birthday of our friends and Asitha arranged everything Thank you we will definitely coming back next year.

This hotel was recommended to me but I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I was so happy to stay, our room was amazing, so clean and large. The Ayi that serviced our room was amazing. The location is also perfect for going to the beach, walking and exploring. Having lived in Thailand we absolutely loved the authentic Thai restaurant and the staff paid attention to detail and tried their best to answer all my questions even though my Mandarin is terrible. The only downside was the pool area, which needed some work to the decking as it was not in a good way (and some was being done to it). Nevertheless, my family and I definitely plan to stay there again.
