The first thing that attracted me to this hotel was the affordable prices compared to other nearby luxury hotels. It was definitely one of the better deals, and you get a very satisfactory stay in return. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful, including the front desk staff, bellhops, bartender, cleaning staff, waiters, and various other encountered staff (knowing a little Chinese helps). A staff member kept in contact with me through Wechat with its built-in translation tool, answering any questions, helping with any request, and making sure each day remained a satisfactory experience. I would like to give a special compliment to Zoey, the front desk staff member who was of great assistance; she deserves a promotion! Also, praise to the friendly and hardworking cleaning lady that is assigned to building 3, floor 5 (I don't know her name); she also deserves a bonus! The room itself is cozy, comfortable, and clean. Room service is smooth, it is very convenient to take care of any living necessities, and the pools and beach are a short walk away. There are no complaints that I have in regard to my stay. My biggest highlight is definitely the big bathtub! My only suggestion would be a single foldable lounge chair for the balcony, allowing for a person to lay down outside or for sunbathing, so it is not needed to always go to the public sunbathing areas.

A great hotel with excellent facilities for couples and families. The pool area is beautiful and easy access to the beach. The resort is picturesque with lush greenery, a well equipped gym and spa.
The rooms are spacious and the food is very good. The only downside was that poolside ordering of food took a while (45mins for some fries) and some poolside seating doesn’t have QR codes for scanning to order.
Would definitely stay again!

Amazing resort and location. We had a great time here. The amenities are excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. They made check-in and check-out smooth, assured with luggage, and providing information. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant onsite were tasty. Just a short 10 minute walk up the street there was canteen with shaokao, seafood, many other delicious cuisine indoor and outdoor. They also have a dessert station in the lobby that had Häagen-Dazs ice cream. The private beach access was easy and accessible from our room. They even do night BBQ event with live music. This place is perfect for the family and couples. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Alright, so the goal for this holiday was to do as little as possible and rest as much as possible. So this is a perfect location if those are your holiday goals. It's fairly remote so if partying is the goal, this is not the place for you. Rather go to Dadonghai. Yalong Bay is for if you want to chill.
The staff make this place spacial. So friendly and accommodating. From front desk to catering to maintenance to lifeguards to concierge, everyone goes out of their way to make sure you're taken care of.
Booked a room attached to a pool which was a great choice, most of the time. The beach is well taken care of and wasn't too busy.
I guess the only thing that was "negative" per say was having to waiting in line for breakfast every morning. It's so busy every day, even in the last 30 minutes of service. The way to work around that is getting up early and going at 7:00 if waiting is not your thing.
I would definitely stay here again😊

This resort is at the end of Yalong Bay beach. It’s a very big resort with lots of swimming pools and some different activities and bars etc., but somehow I feel it was a bit too big - like it lost its charm and identity a bit. The pools are amazing and there are life guards everywhere. The room I booked was the Deluxe sea view - more a resort view but it was pretty. The room felt like a business hotel more than a beach resort, but perhaps I am just being picky.
I stayed at the resort during a busy time, so check in and breakfasts were extremely busy and quite chaotic. The staff are so busy, so honestly I didn’t feel that much care was put in. I had room service for some meals and that was great.
I think for families this resort is probably amazing, but I’m not sure I would stay again.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the resort. The easy access to the beach and pools is what she enjoyed most. We enjoyed the food, although it is a bit pricy, I noticed most locals were ordering takeouts from Meituan instead.
