Good hotel.The hotel service is very good.the staff is very enthusiastic, and there are many parent_child projects. Thank you for the help provided by front desk Susie tang. The breakfast at the hotel is very rish. The room is clean.The hotel also has a free shuttle bus, which is very convenient to the city and the airport . Very nice hotel, highly recommended.

The breakfast have a good variety of food, there is a good amount of kid’s activities, the pool is nice and it is close to the beach. The staff are nice. And especially Ms. Freya Liu, works so hard, kinds and very helpful.

This stay at this hotel in Sanya was truly an unforgettable experience! What impressed me the most was the employees here, each of whom was warm and friendly, with an excellent service attitude. We had a fabulous Easter holiday at Wyndham Sanya Bay, and it’s truly a fantastic destination for families with young children. Here’s why we loved it: -Perfect for Kids: The kids club was the highlight for our little ones, offering daily activities that kept them entertained for hours. -Fantastic Pool Experience: The swimming pool was a big hit, with plenty of floaties and tons of toys to play with—our kids couldn’t get enough! -Amazing Outdoor Play Gym: The outdoor play gym was another great addition, providing endless fun and a safe place for active play. -Spacious and Clean Rooms: Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfect for a family stay. -Wonderful WeChat Concierge Service: The WeChat concierge was incredibly efficient and helpful, quickly accommodating all of our requests with ease. - An OK Breakfast: The breakfast spread was generous and had something for everyone. Language Barrier Handled Well: While most staff didn’t speak English, they did their absolute best using translation apps, and their friendliness and effort made up for any challenges. Hotel is very close to the airport but somewhat further away from other locations. Nothing to be worried about if you're looking for a "mainly-resort-type" of getaway. Didi's are easy to call to the hotel if you do want to venture out. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a relaxing, fun-filled holiday for our family. We highly recommend it to families with young children looking for a kid-friendly getaway.

It's a comfortable place with daily cleaning, delicious breakfast, and friendly service. However, travelers will always spend an hour in a taxi to get to their sights.
