Ulasan Phoenix Island Whale Sea Inn

My stay at this hotel was not as expected. The room lacked the basic necessities (slippers, a hair blow dryer, etc.) one would expect in a any decent hotel, let alone a hotel of this calibre, hotel. The swimming pool was empty, something not even published. Minor things that are very easy to fix weren’t not tended to (toilet paper roll holder, as show in the picture).

This is the fourth time we are resting on Sanya and the third hotel for this vacation. And this is the first review that I don’t begin with "nice hotel ". We lived in expensive and cheap hotels from Sanya Bay to Perfume Bay, this hotel is the only one that disappointed its service. We were not allowed to enter the territory on scooters, we had to drag stuff across the entire territory. At first I didn't want to write a bad review, but the last day some employees contributed to this, so I will now list all the disadvantages. the shuttle from the hotel refused to take us to the exit, the driver with an empty shuttle said that he just wouldn't take us, a minute later he was taking two Chinese, and he didn't have a place for two foreigners. There was a smell of «a rubber factory in the room», cobwebs hung on the ceiling, I had to ask the management for towels, they allocated only one large one small for two people, there were no bathrobes(about their availability was stated in "services and amenities"). All the pools on the territory are closed, the territory of the outside restaurant is also closed, if you do not want to use the pools in winter, at least leave the territory open for people to walk and take pictures. Learn how to meet your guests starting from the security post, your gate is located quite far from the building. I can only say thank you to one man from the management, only he left a good impression

The service was very bad when I arrived the security guard was very bad don’t allow the people to go in by car the let me but the bags out side and push it by my self to inside the hotel lobby they are not helpful and the room it’s not same the photo and the bed was dirty and solid

Room had an amazing view. Room has a mouldy smell unless the door is kept open. Pool was convenient.

Amazing wonderful view ! Really worth to stay there for nice pictures! Allows to stay with a pet. The room was not really new, mold on the curtains, but the rest was very clean. Kitchen area is not big, enough to make some easy food, but can’t cook. The toilet facilities are clean and there is all you might need. Iron board, chairs on the balcony, a lot of space. Stuff is very friendly, help whatever you ask them. Very close to the downtown. If you want to be in a city and still have a great sea view - here you are! But the parking is not very convenient, you need to walk for I while from the parking area, which is just outside, very difficult if you have stuff to cary, the cart service is there, but its not convenient to call them all the time, also they don’t help with the luggage, so was kinda heavy for me.

The cleanliness of this place was the worst I have experienced. Just walking into their reception area, you can see that the place is not well looked after. The ceilings in the passage way and the room has water damage and leaks a little. The shower looked like it was not cleaned. The floors in the room was grimy. The room also had a bad odor.

環境優美 還有洗衣機很方便 可以洗衣服 下樓就有擺渡車可以去椰夢長廊很方便 回來直接打電話就可以到 就是設施有點老 但是很便宜就對得起這個價錢了 去鳳凰島上住還是推薦的

前台讓付50元升級房型。因為攜程給的升級房間，180度海景。所以沒付。最後給了這種擋住海景的房間。房間衞生很差，床單上全是血漬。

酒店一般吧 但是環境問題特別大 緊挨着直升機機場 全天十二小時享受直升機噪音 酒店游泳池關了 但是宣傳頁面上還有 至於燈光表演更是沒有了

住在小島上的一線海景房，有電磁爐可以自己做飯需要自帶鍋！環境屬於價格中的適中型，不帶早餐！不能直接下沙灘

有面海景觀，空間大，適合親子，雙床，價位合適，缺點就是裝修有些老了，衞生較差。

離機場不遠，房間寬敞又乾淨，洗澡水流很大洗個熱水澡舒舒服服，風景也絕美，服務也不錯，出島有免費小班車，電話隨叫隨到，去大東海、鹿回頭也很方便～
