Ulasan Shangri-La Sanya

Hi! There’s only 1 level of car park available that’s attached to the building, and with a huge open-space car park available though, non-attached to the building. Meanwhile, from the open-space car park to the check-in counters in the building, currently it’s as open-air walkways and with quite a distance actually. As proposal, just my 2cents, it would be nice if could have new covered-walkway ＜with a roof or cover or others design＞ to really improve guest experiences, be it sunny days or raining days. Thanks.

Actually the hotel (appearance/style) was not exactly what my family and I was looking for. For that reason we decided to do an early check out and move to another hotel. Staff cordiality is amazing though, my special thanks to Ms Suki, the costumer service girl, who made my staying better and helped me with the early check out too. Hotel was very professional to agree with my early check out (hustle free), something to be highly respected..

Reception services were a bit slow as they made everyone wait for 10-15 minutes at the front desk.

I stayed at the Shangri-La Sanya to celebrate a friend’s birthday over the weekend. We booked the Club King Room which came with a lot of free activities and saved us a lot. Check in was smooth as I was helped By Guest Relations Supervisor, Dora and her colleague Nancy. They were kind, attentive and professional. The hotel has a mini supermarket in Building 1, which was nice. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel was incredible. I would suggest S.E.A restaurant it’s a Southeast Asian Restaurant. I feel the hotel failed my expectations in two area: 1. The spread offered at afternoon was limited and if you didn’t arrive on time you had to wait about 10-20 mins for the next batch of food to come out. 2. At Happy Hour in the club lounge, there was a few bottles of hard liquor, chilled prosecco and wine. However?l, once the bottle was empty it was replaced with another fresh bottle. Other than that, my friend and I had an amazing stay and was definitely worth it.

We had such a wonderful time at Shangri-La. From the moment we arrived in our taxi, everything made us feel so welcome. The resort has a great mix of adventurous activities and calm, peaceful areas, allowing us to enjoy the best of both worlds. We're looking forward to visiting again with our baby next time. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to our manager Dora, who responded quickly to all of our requests!

Shangrila as usual is on the top. Perfect service, huge and very green territory. The feeling is like you live in the garden. The staff is always helpful. Our reception manager was Candy. She tried to make our staying perfect and did it:) So great memories will be after staying there. Thanks a lot to Shangrila Sanya!

This was our second time at this hotel, and on this occasion we stayed for ten days. It is a great resort-hotel, with three pools, several restaurants, a quiet beach right next to it, and loads of other facilities. It even has a pair of ostriches. The hotel is very child-friendly and our five year old loved his time at the hotel. The staff were amazingly friendly. The only slight drawback is that is in a quiet bay which is a considerable distance from the centre of Sanya: at times that is an advantage, at times it is a bit annoying.

It’s a nice resort for a family trip. You could find plenty of activities for kids in the hotel for the whole day. The service is excellent. Special thanks to Julian. as she has taken care of our stay.

Service was fantastic, hotel wasn't for me because I'm a solo traveller and the hotel is more for families. If you are a family definitely stay at this hotel as it is amazing for young children! Food was excellent, location was a little far from the main town of Sanya. Would have liked more beach chair options. The gym was fantastic and staff were very helpful. Fantastic trip all together.

Wonderful hotel with lots of activities for the whole family. Breakfast was rich and varied. Swimming pool is huge and the gardens are wonderful. Phoebe did a wonderful job helping us to settle and recommend fun things to do.

Oh, I was there for work. but the hotel is great for a family holiday. large beautiful area, nice rooms (I had a sea view). a very tasty breakfast. The staff speaks English
