酒店的服務很好，上午到了本來以為不能入住，沒想到前台小姐姐申請了一下直接給我免費升級到了頂層的海景房直接入住了，景色又好還能休息會兒進行下午的行程，太感謝了。午餐用餐他們竟然還送菜，可以隨便選一道任意價位的菜免費送我，真的很讓人驚喜，口味也很好吃，孩子很喜歡。唯一欠缺的可能是這家酒店不是親子酒店，孩子沒太多玩兒的地方，不過好在這裏的無邊泳池不深，孩子可以丟在泳池讓他自己玩兒，我們去旁邊的酒吧坐着喝酒看落日，景色太好了。

酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，環境優美。第一次入住這家酒店前台管家符舒婷幫忙辦理入住，還送我們到房間，幫忙拿行李🧳，一路給我們介紹酒店的營業時間、餐廳，酒店，游泳池位置等，非常感謝！入住當天贈送了13樓酒吧的雞尾酒，游泳池也在13樓，可以在13樓喝雞尾酒🍹看風景。還有酒店一樓的草坪非常漂亮，餐廳特色是以麻辣為主，也有清淡的，喜歡吃辣的，這個餐廳就是一個非常不錯的選擇。

服務超級棒，辦入住就給免費升級了，辦完還幫我拉行李到房間，介紹酒店，很貼心，房間超大，陽台上還有個大躺椅。早餐裏的重慶小麪味兒太對了，一問才知道廚師團隊都是重慶的，怪不得這麼好吃。房間打掃的很仔細，甚至我喝完茶茶沒倒，都幫我倒了清洗乾淨了。離店的時候前台還給送了伴手禮，太貼心了，一整天都是泡在酒店拍照早知道行程就在這裏多安排幾天了。

第二次來三亞了，入住的這家酒店真的給我非常大的驚喜，入住體驗感拉滿了，裝修風格真的特別合我心意感覺就好像是特意為我準備的，衞生真的不用説了我衹能用四個字形容一塵不染，每一位員工都特別熱情，特別是前台陳慧檸看我們行李多立馬就出來迎接我們幫我們提行李，送到房間，一直跟進我們的入住體驗。離海邊也很近，附近的天涯小鎮真的是熱鬧非凡很喜歡這種氛圍。來三亞還住藍海酒店

這家酒店的裝修風格和企業文化在三亞酒店圈很獨具一格。裝修風格不像亞龍灣那邊的都是東南亞的色調，反而鮮亮明麗，各種設施也很有藝術氣息。酒店有個劇場，裏面有專業的團隊演出，很有意思，在這邊住了這麼多家酒店頭一次見還有超大圖書館的酒店，真的是很對我的胃口，以後可以帶孩子來度假休息。

很精品的一家新酒店，裝修很好看，有個非常大的草坪後面就是沙灘，海景非常好，前台還給我們免費升級了高樓層的海景房，房間很大，八十多平還帶一個榻榻米，帶孩子來住空間很寬敞，房間衞生也做的很好，客房阿姨進來打掃還會戴頭套和鞋套，太專業了。酒店還邀請了外籍樂隊在酒吧駐場演唱，抽空晚上喝一杯，很愜意。
