Excellent hotel and excellent service. The hotel team and Trip team are in congratulations for the reservation without qq type complaint !

It was very practical to make the reservation, which in this case was for the same day. At the reception, it took time to identify my volcher, which created a certain embarrassment. But as soon as they were able to identify I was super well treated. I had already stayed there other times. And I like when discounts appear, being able to stay in a place with the resources I need for a fair price.

At check-in, the service was rushed without carefully explaining how the hotel works. The room was pleasant, although small, the bed linen was dirty (some laundry problem I believe), the TV control was broken. Despite the problems, staff responded quickly to requests. Breakfast had to be booked in advance.

I don't understand why the hotel allows guests bringing clearly dirty working clothes (apes and boots) to come into the restaurant to drink breakfast, and I believe they don't go to their house to kitchen to drink coffee using dirty working clothes.

The room is a good size and the bathroom is functional. The breakfast is very good, with a lot of variety. The door to my room was broken, it was difficult to close. And I didn't like the location.

The rooms are too small and very inconvenient. It's like a high school. It's a three-person room, and the extra meteorite is very small with a wall hanger. The room is small and you can't walk around. But the service response is great.

Wonderful hotel, the facilities are modernized and updated, and the breakfast is delicious. A great view of the beach and all at an affordable price. This hotel is a gem of Santos. Thank you!

The hotel was very well located, but very bad service, I stayed 3 nights and did not even exchange the towels of the room.
