The hotel has an excellent location, perfect for watching sunset in the swimming pool or jacuzzi. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast served in the room is fantastic and price is reasonable. Will arrange to stay again in the future. Lovely!

My family visited Santorini last October and we decided to stay in this lovely hotel.! It was one of the best decisions.! The view is amazing,the hotel staff is super friendly, the rooms are so clean and you feel so welcomed. Highly recommended!!!

Perfect villa
We recently stayed at the Zatrikion villas in Santorini, and our experience was absolutely fantastic! The crew was very kind! The cleanliness of the villa was very impressive, and it felt like they put in a great deal of effort to keep the place clean and well-maintained. The pool is simply a dream, and we could have spent hours there! The view from the jacuzzi was breathtaking. The proximity to restaurants and attractions on the island was also excellent, allowing us to enjoy the best of everything. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and we are confident that we will return in the future.

Theodosia is a beautiful, gracious host! Her friendly personality made our family feel welcome and valued from the first moments! ❤️ I wish we had booked a longer stay here! The property is absolutely gorgeous and the sunset views are perfect!
It was only a 15-20 min drive to Thira and slightly longer to get to Oia. We loved that we weren’t in the crowded areas, but that it was still pretty quick and easy to go visit those areas by car. (we rented a car, but I noticed there were buses that passed by the property, so that may be a different option for transportation if someone did not have a car).
I would definitely stay at Zatrikion again if we are ever back to Santorini!

Hostess was very friendly and welcoming. Made us feel right at home and gave tips on places to see and where to eat. The villa was beautiful and worked well for our family of 6. It’s in a beautiful, quiet location with amazing views. Yes, including the sunset! You can walk down to Pyrgos and back up, although it’s a bit of a hike. Renting a car is advised to get around the island from here. Fira was about a 20 min drive away. Theodosia treated us like family. Highly recommend.

Spacious apartments that are really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Our bathroom had double hand basins and showers and could sleep five comfortably. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The views from the balcony were stunning. The pool was nice but the slope going down to it was steep and could be slippery so don’t go barefoot. Theodosia, the hostess, could not be more friendly and helpful. This is our second time at Zatrikion and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

On the heights of Pyrgos, breathtaking view of the Caldera. Ideal villa for families, its infinity pool, its private jacuzzi…. Rest guaranteed! The staff is very cheerful and very pleasant. Housekeeping and towels are changed every day. The local breakfast is a real delight. Don’t hesitate to spend a few days there!
