Our experience at Volcano View Hotel far surpassed our already high expectations. The level of service provided was exceptional, with a remarkably friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were nothing short of fabulous, not only in their design but also in their impeccable cleanliness and provision for all our needs. The thoughtful inclusion of drinking water and complimentary Nespresso coffee added an extra layer of convenience to our stay. The balcony afforded us a breathtaking panoramic view over the Aegean and the majestic volcanic mountain. The convenience of the hotel's transportation service to and from the charming town of Fira was a noteworthy highlight, making exploring the area a seamless endeavor. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of selections. We especially enjoyed all the local dishes. Our heartfelt gratitude for a truly memorable stay at your remarkable establishment.

In fact, the whole thing is okay, the staff is nice, and they are all smiling when they see you. The facilities are good, there is a jacuzzi. The breakfast is delicious. I suggest you book it. In fact, you can’t find something to eat in the morning. Maybe I don't know how to find it, but the location is actually good. It's convenient to drive here, and the price/performance ratio is high, but the breakfast is quite poor, and the coffee doesn't even taste like coffee.

The sanitation is very good, the room is spacious, daily necessities are provided, and the toothbrush can be found at the front desk. One thing that is not satisfied is that the Wi-Fi signal in the room is poor. I don't know if we live in the corner room. It may also be that the landlord wants everyone to come out to bask in the sun, the pool is quite clean and suitable for vacation. Close to the bus stop and close to the sea! We also have Japanese guides available, and if you can't understand English, they will translate it for you on your computer! The room is clean and has amenities and a hair dryer. I think the location is great, it's close to the sea and there are many restaurants.

This is a high-end hotel in Oia. There is no better place to watch the sunset. There was a music concert in the hotel on the weekend. The restaurant was very lively, packed with beautiful women. I watched the performance, the sunset and enjoyed delicious food. The small swimming pool in the villa would be better with a sun umbrella. The living room upstairs in the villa where I lived was too small. There was no hot water for bathing. The child came out of the pool to bathe. He took a cold bath. When I booked the hotel, I knew it had a high rating. After checking in, I found it was indeed the best hotel in Fira, Santorini. The next day, I went to Oia, but the streets there were too narrow and crowded. I didn't like it. I strongly recommend staying in Fira. It's also convenient to get to Fira from the airport, and there are buses. The Fira bus station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

The breakfast was great and I could pick it up and send it to the room. There is an infinity pool, a small pool in each room, and a small gift when you check out.
