The hotel is beautiful and this is our 6th visit but the reception staff are appalling. They have zero customer service tranining and are rude and nearly everyone we spoke to at the pool informed us they had the same issue. The problem is management have been aware of this for a long time but still ignore their customers and with my latest complaint I was informed that the Hotel Manager was angry with me for making the complaint which is sad. They also couldn't find our booking which cost a few hours of messing around with the management staff who are quite incompetent.

The new hotel hardware facilities are very good in the Dormy. The front desk and other service staff are very friendly. The hotel is relatively new. The room is still somewhat decorated.

This hotel was specially booked. The hotel has a long history and a good location. The deluxe bed booked this time, the front desk service is very warm, and the scenery outside the window is the most attractive to us. It is beautiful. Hotel location is very good, downstairs is a relatively large high-end mall in Santo Domingo, opposite the largest supermarket, shopping is very convenient, convenient transportation, hotel clean and good breakfast! The only thing is that the room is not ventilated, and the air is not good if the air conditioner is not turned on!
