every thing is so good, hotel nears the center, restaurant’s food is so so so delicious 🫶🫶

The hotel had a great location and was only a 1km walk to the cathedral. The front desk staff were very helpful. Just beware of the airport taxis. It was only a 5-6 min ride, but the price was 16 euros. I asked the front desk about this and they said it’s the standard rate. But if you use Cabify it’s only 5 euros.

Location was ok. Metro station near by.

The hotel is a bit out of town, but a 5 minute drive from the airport. We had a bit of trouble getting there, but it was worth it. The hotel is clean, new, everything there is top notch. The room was beautiful, modern, elegant, really great! Too bad we couldn't try the breakfast as we were leaving for the airport early in the morning. I will remember this hotel only in good memories and if I come to Santander, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Room was nice and clean and the reception was friendly.

Estuvimos super bien... recepción 24h el bar está 24h es un pintazo los recepcionistas super amables cualquier cosa que necesites te la solucionan la verdad que hemos ido muchas veces a Santander pero desde que he pisado este sitio no pienso hospedarme en otro un 10 lo recomiendo 1000%

Esta muy bien es la segunda vez que vamos y repetiremos. El personal encantador te facilitan todo, sin ningún problema. La comida muy bien

Hotel on una struttura moderna e camere puliti e curate. Colazione molto buona e varia. L’hotel e posizionato a 2 km dal centro di Santander ( forse un po’ lontano da raggiungere a piedi) però ci sono i taxi che sono molto accessibili.

衞生有很大的潛在風險。入住兩晚，第一個晚上給的房間（009）有很刺鼻的黴味，開始以為是下水道之類的問題或者就是不通風，結果第一天晚上一晚上臭的睡不好，第二天頭疼乏力，在通風一天以後第二個晚上依然非常嚴重，找了一圈發現有一些地板包括床旁邊的地板長了很多黴斑並且那些區域都發出了惡臭。在網絡查詢後發現在這樣的環境內居住對健康可能有很大的威脅所以找前台要求了一個別的房間入住。在和值班工作人員知會了以後向酒店發送了郵件要求給出書面確認、解釋和客觀的檢測以保證對我們的健康沒有影響等，一個早上過去了酒店也還沒有針對我們的郵件作出回覆。 後續攜程幫忙聯繫的時間酒店居然以“在海邊房間容易發黴，不影響健康”為由敷衍，同時還説之前也有客人入住過那個房間並希望以此説明這是沒問題的。態度非常敷衍而且不重視對客人健康的潛在風險。鑒於房間在入住前都會打掃，我們很懷疑酒店對於這個情況是預先知情的但還是把房間給了我們，如果不是我們覺得事情不對勁可能就這麼過去了。由此有足夠的理由對酒店其他衞生情況提出質疑。需要謹慎考慮。 而且這個酒店的有房間佈局也不是很合理，浴室是淋浴區域透明的而且和卧室區域直接連通，沒有浴室門，淋浴區域裏面也沒有掛衣服放東西的地方，洗完澡外面就很容易積水。 除這些以外體驗其實還可以，早餐很豐富質量也很好，當值工作人員態度也比較積極，所處位置附近有火車站，步行十分鐘也有大超市，離城區其實不是很遠，這些因素下綜合性價比很高。但是鑒於以上衞生問題，需要慎重斟酌。

Hotel muy limpio y buenas instalaciones. Desayuno muy bueno.

Hotel moderno al lado de la estación de cercanías Valdecilla la Marga, un poco alejado del centro. Personal amable. En la habitación había un poco de olor a cañerías debido a que la ducha está muy cerca de la cama.

Una estancia muy agradable, la habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia cómodamente (toallas, secador, cepillo de dientes, peine e incluso cuchilla de afeitar). También cuenta con aparcamiento y está a unos 30 minutos del centro caminando.
