The location is very good. The bus train station is across the street. There are many things to do nearby. It's a short walk to the beach and most of the attractions are located nearby. The staff are all friendly and genuinely try to help.

This was a lovely stay at the end of our Camino Del Norte adventure. The room was spotless, linen lush and bathroom well-appointed. The welcome from the female receptionist was warm and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the area was well looked after by the staff. The hotel’s location is also excellent. It backs onto the Main Street and there’s an array of restaurants from 8pm onwards open. The bus station and train station are literally outside so you can get easy access back to Bilbao if you are flying out of there. Just ensure you book your ticket on the bus early as we assumed that there would be available seats and there were not.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice, the room was spacious and comfortable, as was the bathroom. The area was quite quiet but close to restaurants and shops, and it had parking right in front of the hotel.
I would definitely stay again

Hotel in the city center with a good location so you don't need to take the car to explore the city. The room is large and very comfortable. Very correct breakfast. If it had any more services (cafeteria and parking) it would be a hotel with a few more stars. It is difficult to park in the area but the hotel has 4 spaces. Very good trea**ent from all the staff

Hotel located 20 meters from the bus station. 100 meters from Botin center and the Cathedral. Very friendly, professional, helpful and kind service. Large, clean rooms and bathrooms. Abundant continental breakfast, both sweet and savory. Low prices, but we were in low season. They certainly grow a lot in the summer.
