Exceptional hotel.Food is fantastic quality and choice with fresh cook stations.I never have dessert but these dessert s and quality ice cream were irresistible.Area beautiful and flamenco trip we booked separately night show with food was great and so much food.The hotel entertainment was quality except disco nights just awful.The best entertainers are duo called last night.They are actually live music.guitar.drums.great voices and great mix of music for all.Had they been on extra nights instead of the disco it would have been perfect .Definitely would go back.Spotless and friendly staff

Good food, comfortable but basic room. More storage space would be good. Staff friendly and good service. We did visit when it was fairly empty. Only real criticism was the bath. Shower over the bath but no handles to help us less mobile pensioners. We had to ask for a bathmat after I slid getting out. Nice touch was the fruit, cold water and sweets at reception. Entertainment was good especially the magician and his stroppy parakeet.

Went for my daughter’s 19th. The hotel itself is lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff left my daughter a card and balloons in our room, without being asked, for her birthday which was just lovely! Food was fine for breakfast and a snack at the pool bar, we never tried dinner. Pool is gorgeous with the bar right next to it for snacks and drinks and it wasn’t too busy when we were there. Breakfast was very busy with long lines at the coffee machine although I think we had a large touring group there during our stay. Close enough to walk to a carrefour supermarket, tourist shops and restaurants. The beach is a very short walk away too.

This Hotel is situated along the main promenade fairly centrally, it's a few minutes walk from the beach with almost a direct route from the front of the building. The staff are incredibly well mannered and friendly, sometimes going above and beyond (I'm looking at you Walter) to provide an amazing experience during your stay. The accommodation is clean, bright and spacious with a private balcony. The communal pool and bar provide an excellent place to rest and relax while maintaining a sea view. The evening entertainment was varied and enjoyable making the experience all the more better. This is definitely a place that I will be returning to, hopefully in the not too distant future.

We are on our last day at the Sirius hotel .it is spotlessly clean all the staff here have been so kind a d helpful such a shame we had to be queueing outside the door at 8 30 for 9 opening or we couldn't get a sunbed .Also there was no English tea bags and a lot of mornings no bread for toast .But would come again .Thank you to you all x

Booked this for my nieces 16th birthday present as she wanted a pre-prom tan. It was just the two of us and we had a great holiday. We had the Club Select All Inclusive option which included the beach club bar too which is great but unfortunately it’s the same choice of selected all inclusive food and drink options as the pool bar, would have been good to mix it up a bit here I think. But the hotel was beautiful, clean, friendly staff, first time I’ve ever queued to get to the pool but it does make sense as sun beds are limited in the morning if the sun is shining. Santa Susana is nice and chilled which is what I was going for and very clean and feels safe. Would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Sirius. It was so clean and the staff were lovely. The food was varied , plenty of choice and on the whole very good . The first few days we always managed to get a sunbed the guests were courteous and took their towels if leaving the pool area allowing others to use the sun beds . However the next guests arriving were not as thoughtful they hogged the sun beds for the whole day even if they went off for walks etc meaning for three days we didn’t get chance to relax and sunbathe at all . Luckily we aren’t big sunbathers so spent time on our balcony reading or went walking . . The pool area was very nice and clean . The hotel should use the grassed area at the front of the hotel for additional seating area even if they put some benches on there and fenced it off for hotel guests . We would definitely return and Santa Susanna was really nice , we felt safe and everyone was friendly

Excellent hotel We have just been for a 4 day break We could not fault this hotel very clean Pool could with more sun loungers but that about the only issue Breakfast is best we had Bar was good and reasonable prices We will definitely be returning
