Dwo Sirius - Adults Only

房間寬敞，食物水準挺高。泳池很小，對我來説不是問題。 員工和藹可親，總體服務滿意。下次會再來。

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Sirius. It was so clean and the staff were lovely. The food was varied , plenty of choice and on the whole very good . The first few days we always managed to get a sunbed the guests were courteous and took their towels if leaving the pool area allowing others to use the sun beds . However the next guests arriving were not as thoughtful they hogged the sun beds for the whole day even if they went off for walks etc meaning for three days we didn’t get chance to relax and sunbathe at all . Luckily we aren’t big sunbathers so spent time on our balcony reading or went walking . . The pool area was very nice and clean . The hotel should use the grassed area at the front of the hotel for additional seating area even if they put some benches on there and fenced it off for hotel guests . We would definitely return and Santa Susanna was really nice , we felt safe and everyone was friendly

Stayed at the Dwo Sirius with All Inclusive (AI) at end of may 2024. Upon arrival at 12 midday was told by reception that room was not avaliable till 2pm which was already known so was highly acceptable but was then told that the AI was not avaliable till also after 2pm. Bearing in mind that my last day of six at the hotel was fully paid although we were leaving for the airport at 6am so no services were usable on this day so I find charging for drinks on our first day a wee bit tight. Room was ready at 2pm and was basic but clean. Bed fairly comfortable with tv with a few uk channels but we wasn't there for tv so no problem. Drinks were ample but some were not included in AI but we were happy with the drinks. Bar staff were great and very helpful and snacks at the pool bar were tasty and warm. The restaurant was immaculate at all times.Staff here again very helpful serving real coka cola fanta and San Miguel bottles.Food choices plentiful at all sittings.The live cooking went very well with eggs and omelette at breakfast time fresh fish and meat pasta and sauces at lunch and evening meals. These were always hot and tasty. The salads were plentiful and fresh. Two problems that were noticed and kept reoccurring and really meant that our holiday was not as good as it should of been. In the restaurant the 'hot dishes' area was never heated and soon after the food was placed here went luke warm to cold fairly quickly. This included breakfast time lunch and dinner and really reduced our choices and put a big down on our eating time. The other problem was the pool. It is freezing so cold that people who did brave it up to go in stayed for a few minutes at a time as it was that cold. I love the pool but went in on only 2 of the 6 days i was here and my partner when on holiday lives in the pool but only managed to put her toes/feet in no more. This really ruined my partners holiday. These two problems really need to be addressed we don't need the water to be as warm as a bath tub but raising it a few degrees would make it more comfortable for everyone who paid good money to come to your hotel. For these two problems we will be unable to come to your hotel again. It seems a shame that these easily fixable problems could be put right easily with some money thrown at it. A hotter plate to actually keep the food hot (as hot as it is when put on there) . Also some form of heater for the pool (maybe it has one and needs to be turned on) Appart from these issues we enjoyed our stay.
