Clean and convient it was a great place to spend the night arriving late from Mazatlan on Alaska Airlines at the Sonoma Airport

The Wyndham Travelodge in Santa Rosa has the exterior of a 1970's story Travelodge, which may turn off some people, but it is a hidden gem. The interior rooms are completely modernized, very clean and at a great price. If you're looking for a short term place to sleep in Santa Rosa, look no further.

Customer service was absolutely outstanding. The entire place is newly renovated, so the condition was clean and very comfortable. I loved the size of the bathroom and the sliding door added an elevated chic feel. Beds were super comfy! Also had an amazing location and easy to get to. Right next to the freeway, and within a 2 minute drive, there’s Costco, Costco gas, and tons and tons of foods and restaurants to grab a meal at or bring back to the room. Price was also right. The only thing was at the first night, both towels had black stains and markings, and the top bed sheet had yellow stains and so it did feel dirty and unhygienic. But when housekeeping was done the next day, the towels we got were very clean, so I guess it depends on who was in charge of doing laundry at the time. The bedsheets under the covers were clean so I guess that made it feel ok to sleep in. Other than that, the hotel was great. We stayed over the weekend and it somehow brought a large group of guys who ended up littering and hanging outside their rooms making it feel intimidating to walk back to our room. This has nothing to do with the way the hotel was being run—it’s got to do with other guests. So if you’re a guest reading this, can you please not be such a nuisance? Thanks. Overall a pleasant day and would return again!

The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. I appreciated their clean rooms and property. I travel a lot and from now on when in Santa Rosa, I will only stay here.

Perfect spot for a short term stay, well appointed, large clean room wash parking. Minimal noise and friendly, helpful staff. I will definitely be back!

Easy check in, good access, and WiFi. Clean room, comfortable bed, good price.

Overall, our stay was a positive experience. There were only two minor inconveniences. One was a lack of backup toilet paper. The other was a lack of fitted sheets on the bed. The bed itself was quite comfortable. We would have been happy with a queen bed with more room for moving about the room. I give it 4 stars.

No breakfast, which we knew, but not up to standards. COVID is no longer an excuse.
