Overall we are happy with our stay, we spent 8 nights all inclusive. Double room was a good size with storage and hangers, towels changed daily and bed made. The roof top pool and Balinese beds were fab, so peaceful and relaxing up there, with a good bar service. The door on 5th floor does not open until 10am, some people queued, however we didn't feel this was needed as there were always beds available. Not sure if this would be the case in high season. The main pool had a large selection of sun loungers and daily entertainment, and most loungers were taken by 11am. The bistro lunch menu was a welcome break from the repetitive buffet. Be warned, they bring all your food out at the one time. We were told this had to happen, there was no option to habe starter then main, we did eat here several times, the food was always hot and tasty. The buffet restaurant had a good selection of hot/cold/salad, however it was repetitive and they did appear to have a fly problem in here. There were always flies on all the walls and often on the food. The hotel is minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. If I ever return to Santa Ponsa then I would likely return to this hotel, just as many people I spoke to appear to do.

One of my favorite hotels, clean, well run, the staff are exceptional, noting is too much trouble they really care about the guests. The food is excellent and the dining area is spacious. Proper cocktails and drinks to a high standard. Two pools, a gym and free spa are a real treat, especially the roof top pool and bar with comfy day beds and views across the bay.Finally live entertainment every night completes the package. A thoroughly enjoyable experience from beginning to end 10/10

We had a wonderful week of holidays. The surroundings are beautiful, the food is delicious and always a large selection, the people around are very nice and cordial. The room is cozy and quiet, the bed is very comfortable. We would like to thank everyone who worked on our joy of staying in this place.

I cannot fault this hotel in any way. We stayed 21st-25th June as a group of 11 friends (aged 18-54) and everything was spot on. The hotel and grounds are kept immaculate. Staff are all very friendly, smartly dressed and capable. I'd read about the 'long queues' at the bars and was expecting it to be a pain, but it really wasn't. The queue at the cocktail bar could look slightly off-putting, but it's nothing to worry about, as the girl (Olga?) would then make 10/12 cocktails at once, wiping out the whole queue. The rest of the time, I never spent more than a couple of minutes waiting. Food was excellent throughout. We didn't do the a la carte any evening, because our stay wasn't long enough. The daytime bistro is included in the all inclusive though, which we used every day. They have a great range of nachos, burgers, pizzas and pasta dishes etc, which are all made to order. They all tasted great and it feels more of a treat than hitting the buffet. I won't post every little detail about it, I'll just say that you will NOT be disappointed staying here. If you are, then the problem most likely isn't the hotel... To the Zafiro staff/management; Well done on running such a great hotel. We would all 100% return to this hotel next year. Enjoy!

It was overall a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. It would have been perfect had they explained a bit more thoroughly where we could eat snacks and stuff with our all inclusieve arrangement. Bring your earplugs though. We did not have loud neighbours, but the walls of the room were paperthin. We could hear everything. Did not bother us, but it depends on the neighbours

Love this hotel. Have been here 3 Octobers on the trot. It’s always lovely and clean. The food has a big selection plus there is a chef cooking things fresh from a selection of fish or meats as well. The roof top pool is where I go. There is a bar up there and the lovely comfy day beds. Hotel 3 minutes from beach, shops and restaurants.

Have stayed here three years on the trott and would be happy to recommend it to others. The staff are brilliant, and all do their best to converse in English. The location is great if you want to have a wander to the beach or to some local shops and Palma is just a short bus trip away.
