Jutlandia Family Resort

This was great family holiday. We asked for two apartments next to each other and we got ground floor next to the pool and was great for us. The children loved the pool and splash park would spend the whole day their. They loved the entertainment during the day and night Leo was great with them. The rooms were clean and we were little crowded in one bedroom definitely book two bedroom next time. The staff were very helpful even upon arrival. Their was plenty of choice of food and everyone found something they liked. We will definitely be back.

Great little family hotel. Good pool area. Kids splash area too. People have left inflatables for others which is good, just causes confusion when you take your own that you have bought and kids try and take it off your kids as they think its a shared one. Not sure how the hotel could manage this, maybe mark the shared ones.. Not much going on regarding the kids club. Great location close to shops/bars/restaurants and 5mins walk to beach. Also a mcdonalds (for anyone worried about food) Expensive for food within the hotel, we stayed self catering and ate there a few times, food was average, we were charged €4 for 2 slices of plain bread at breakfast when we decided to eat there. All inclusive is over the road in sister hotel, we went over and paid for 1 meal and was a good range and was really nice. But i think we would have got bored if it was repetative for 7nights. Plenty of decent food places in the area. Dont try the cocktails at hotel, they are expensive if not all inclusive and they werent very nice. The lad doing the day games and mini disco etc was fab, leo. However there was no mini disco on 2 nights during the week. Entertainment was average, few nights we left early as they werent particularly entertaining. Most staff friendly , theres a bag space to store bags if you arrive early or leave late, however people are free to walk in n out of it all day so make sure you have padlocks. If you want decent night life its about 10min walk to livelier bars.

Lovely stay. Travelled with my husband and 2 children (aged 9 and 3). It's a bit tired around the edges. Definitely 3 star - clean and friendly staff. Entertainment is a one man band really and although lovely and works hard. I think it could do with a team with a bit more to do. Maybe a bit of music around the poo also. My 3 year old loved the splash pad and slides. They were a bit too small for my 9 year old. Pool opened at 10am which I felt was a bit late. We stayed self catering and ate out for dinner every night. Hotel is a short walk away from the beach and restaurants. Lunch around the pool was very reasonable priced and well cooked. Loved paying the 1 euro deposit for plastic cups. Euro is refunded on return of the cup. This meant that around the pool area was clean and tidy. It was a lovely week away with the family and it's somewhere that we would return to one day.

Had a great time here again (my second time) the only issue I have if you get here in the early hours there is nothing to drink so a big bottle of water in the fridge would be great. If you have kids they will love it handy to all amenities and you even get 20% in Harry’s bistro. Nice one Cyril !!!!!. Not too many hills compared to over the other side.thanks to the staff even though you could shake yourselves sometimes all in all I will be back

We stayed here October 2024. Jet2 advertised it as a 3 star plus hotel. I'd say it's 3 star only and it's mostly the pools that keep it 3 not 2. The hotel looks great in photos but is quite run down. The rooms are small and very worn. The towels are worn and a few had holes in. Sheets were clean but stained. The cleaners are lovely and friendly and literally work all day changing and cleaning rooms. But I've never stayed in a hotel where the maid service only makes beds and folds towels. No sweeping floors or cleaning bathroom. The shelves where we unpacked our clothes into were dusty at the back. Pools are great. Again a bit worn but great size and the splash area and slides great for kids. Again the slide pool is in need of repair. The snack bar has nice food but you need to pay a deposit for cups and sometimes they could only take cash if card machine broken. Having to remember to carry change for drinks when you're all inclusive is frustrating. I get the system is to avoid cups being left but there has to be a better way. If you're All inclusive, breakfast,lunch and dinner is served across the road at different hotel. This is fine as it's not a significant inconvenience. But there aren't really enough seats or selection of food to support two hotels. It got quite busy at times even in low season. I can't imagine the mayhem in July/August. The food is the smallest selection I've ever seen in an All Inclusive. And not great if you/your kids have allergies. There are bowls of nuts next to the yogurt/ice cream and lots of spoon sharing going on. The food is inconsistently labelled with allergens. We ate breakfast every day but had alot of lunch and dinner out which really adds up when you've already paid alot of money for all inclusive. The hotel staff are friendly and the pools are great for kids. But I'd say this is barely a 3 star hotel and definitely not one I'd return to. I'd advise against all inclusive unless you drink alot as the food isn't worth it. Location wise it's great. 5 minutes walk to town/beach/shops but far enough that it's quiet.

This is your standard mid range all-inclusive Spanish hotel. It’s not the Ritz if that’s what you are expecting but it’s certainly no slum either. It is what it says on the tin. Your buffet food is it bit of the same, but it’s fresh and cooked/presented to a good standard. I didn’t really have an issue with having to pay a euro for my glass to have a drink and whenever I returned it at the end of the night I always got it back. Pools/pool area was clean and tidy and always plenty of sun loungers (which was a must for me, I refuse to stay in hotels where you are queuing up at 6am for a race to get your towel on a sun lounger). Rooms/buildings are a little dated but were clean and cleaned regular. The AC worked good. Our granddaughter was sick one night and the staff was very helpful in changing her sheets. Evening entertainment for the kids was good with the kids disco and clown one night. But for the adult entertainment it was pretty poor. But overall we enjoyed our stay it was a perfect hotel to take our granddaughter on her first foreign holiday and would happily return. I would recommend using the pool side bar for lunch all made to order nice and hot. Rather than visiting the sister hotel for your buffet lunch.
