The most caring people I have ever encountered. Upon arrival from AUS at 8.30 am my phone battery was flat and my bank travel Mastercard card wasn’t working so I was unable to pay the taxi driver. I was travelling solo and hadn’t slept in 36 hours so I was stressed and barely lucid when I walked in to the hotel. Lucia at front desk took care of things for me. We got my phone working, got the cab driver paid then she called house keeping and organised a room to be cleaned ASAP so I could check in early. I was in my room in bed by 10am thanks to her. After a lovely afternoon out and about, the next morning I woke up vomiting and running a fever. They don’t have room service so the front desk staff brought anti-nausea ***** and water up to my room within 3 minutes of me calling. They offered to phone and check in on me throughout the day as they knew I was travelling alone. The next morning when I checked out at 5.30am to get to LAX I got in my Uber and as it was about to leave the woman on front desk came running out, stopped us from leaving and said to me “you said your Uber’s a Nissan, this isn’t a Nissan, you should get out of the car”. It turned out a previous guest had taken my Uber. Once we realised this, the driver of the Uber I was in would not take me, told me to leave his vehicle and get my bags out of his car. As I had a plane to catch and was worried I would miss it, the same front desk lady rang me a cab which arrived in minutes. If you are a solo traveller STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean. To top it all off Lucia didn’t charge me for early check in; she said given how stressful getting there had been, it was the least she could do to help. Gifts from God and great beds to boot!

Will not book again! ! ! Pure robbery! The room rate of 3,300 per night is really not worth it! ! The lobby is bright and bright, and when you enter the floor, it feels like a school dormitory. The door to the room is also cheap and simple. All food and drinks in the room are paid for, which is extremely expensive. A bottle of water costs 8 US dollars, and a bag of potato chips costs 6 US dollars for two small ones. The Skittles are $8...it's really worth robbing! I advise everyone to choose to go to many nearby places that are more cost-effective than this one!

When I checked out, I passed the room with the blue door and saw that it was very new inside. (In fact, the price is the same, depending on your luck when you check in). In addition, the sound insulation of the hotel is poor and it is on the street, so it is recommended that you prepare earplugs so as not to affect your sleep.

The breakfast was delicious every day, the location was great, and I felt like I was at home. I don't think you can find anything else with this quality at this price.

The location is very good, going out is the beach. Service attitude is generally friendly. You can ask the room for slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush and hot water. The room is very new, there is a shower room and the bed is not bad. Recommended room breakfast, very good, the uncle of the meal is very humorous. Feeling partial business, not too diligent service, but as long as you ask, will respond quickly.

The rooms are for an amateur, made to look old with old furniture and doors, there is no water in the room, but there are books and you have to pay for the library every day, and also wi-fi is paid and some additional fees for fitness, which is not needed, in general, when we checked out, we were unpleasantly surprised that they charged us $ 300 for 3 nights for all these additional services hidden at the beginning. The hotel is not worth these expenses, I do not recommend it

The hotel is in a good location and in a good location, just 4.5 minutes to Santa Monica Beach. Because the language is not very good, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic. The room is large and the bed is large.

Staff super helpful from start, room nice and clean, location is great (walking distance from SM pier)… the wifi provided for free is enough for what you have to do on a regular day (option to upgrade to fast for a fee) valet parking available for $45 a day ( the area charges around $30 per day for public parking, so its a good deal as you can go in an out as many times as you can)

Great location. Comfortable bed. Small but heated swimming pool. Not the best breakfast choice. Would be good to have more fruits or some veggies/salad bar.

The hotel is very beautiful, the location is excellent, walk to the beach for two minutes, there are seafood restaurants on the side
