Ribai Hotels Santa Marta

The room was clean, had a writing desk and hanging space for clothes. TV and wifi. Shower water was cold but when requested was fixed with hot water. Breakfast was included. I am not a spanish speaker but use google translate and my broken spanish sentences. The girl didn't speak any English and that's OK but she treated me like I was a foreigner walk in that she wanted nothing to do with. I asked for the menu. She said there wasn't one. She told me thru translate eggs 3 ways that's it. I asked for fruits juice and toast available only because I saw others had this. That night I went to reception to ask if menu they said yes. As I was staying a few days and doing day tours I wanted to enjoy a breakfast before leaving. Next morning with her sour attitude she again approached and spoke in spanish. This time annoyed I said you know I don't speak spanish and I'm not doing this again. A guy Came and told me options change each day. I explained I didn't get the options I saw of others and only got what she offered and the fruit I saw. I ended up with same breakfast. For this reason I cannot recommend this hotel. They need a menu. Then you know what's available. I can read spanish better than I speak. Relying on a sour unfriendly and unhelpful girl is not an option I choose. For this I don't recommend as foreign traveller.

Right in the center of the old city, just 2 blocks away from the cathedral and a few minutes walk from the Malecon (closed for reconstruction). Friendly staff. The breakfast box (early departures) is poor, very poor : a juice, an apple and a soggy sandwich. Rooms are rather small but very clean. Too bad the windows don't open.

Hotel super acogedor estuve solo un día y medio,el personal muy atento la verdad el recepcionista super amable y con muchos conocimientos de la ciudad nos brindó muy buenos consejos la habitación muy bien nada fuera de lo normal y muy limpia,alguna pega la piscina,muy recomendable para volver

Las instalaciones son limpias, las almohadas un poco duras pero nada del otro mundo, el desayuno es tipo bufet y lo cambian, el personal es respetuoso, lo único malo es que solo hay una persona en la recepción y le toca estar pendiente de varias cosas así que le toca a uno esperar.

Excelente hotel en temas de precio y servicio. Incluía desayuno delicioso y variado, personal muy atento y servicial, habitaciones limpias y con aire acondicionado en una excelente ubicación en el centro histórico. Volveré muchas más veces. Gracias por todo Ribai Hotel 🫶🏼

L’hotel è collocato a due passi dal lungomare di Santa Marta per tale motivo è strategico , dato che per poter cenare non è necessario dover prendere un taxi. Le stanze sono molto piccole e deludono un po’ le aspettative, La pulizia inoltre all’interno della nostra stanza in 4 giorni è stata effettuata soltanto una volta, cosa a nostro parere non consona per un hotel 4 stelle. Da migliorare la problematica dell’acqua sempre fredda della doccia , più volte segnalata alla reception. Colazione ripetitiva e scarsa. Personale molto cortese e attento. Agenzia turistica correlata all’hotel molto valida che consigliamo.

El hotel es pequeño, pero queda en una zona centrar de santa marta donde puedes estar cerca de restaurantes y de la marina de santa marta. Ademas cuenta con parqueadero vigilado, un desayuno pequeño pero con buen sabor. Tiene piscina y una zona para tomar el sol en la azotea del hotel.
