Can’t complain! Was a good beautiful hotel with plenty of food and drinks for all guests! Very easy to get there from the airport and everyone speaks English if you don’t speak the native language or similar. Most requests are done via their handy app which is easy to navigate and all inclusive is true to the name! You only pay for anything extra such as treatments in the Spa or items from the shop located on site otherwise everything else is included in the cost of your stay! I would have preferred more options for the 24hr “snack/food option” but this was only used out of hours so not many times for me.

1. As senhoras no Check-in não são muito simpáticas e não tem interessa em resolver as problemas. O internet não funciona para Nintendo switch ou laptop só telemóvel. 3. Quase todas dias falta toalhas limpas para piscina. 4. Só uma vês em 7 dias reforço minibar

Un hôtel énorme ( préparez vos jambes) très propre avec un all in correct et des bons cocktails. Une plage magnifique malgré les vagues où vous avez l’impression d’être seule au monde. Malgré le monde il y’a toujours des transats disponibles. Les animations étaient très lambda on a eu 1 vrai spectacle sur la semaine, les autres soirs c’était toujours karaoke. Les piscines ( nombreuses) sont super nos enfants se sont éclatés! Mon gros bémol va à la chambre : nous avions la 3021 en RDC et nous étions 4 nous pensions avoir 2 chambres communicantes digne de ce nom mais les enfants ont dormi toute la semaine dans un clic clac à côté de nous et surtout on a été envahie de cafard jusque dans le lit, sous les oreillers c’était écœurant quel dommage!

Second trip here. This was for our 30th anniversary and although advising us they had no sea view rooms available we turned up to a free upgrade to one and some champagne. It’s a wonderful resort, very friendly staff. It’s incredibly clean and if you want a relaxing break with guaranteed sun there is no better place

Great location ,hotel, food , staff and service , if I had to list any faults I would say room towels need replacing as quite small and thin fabric
