Surfing Beach Village Paros

Such an amazing time. Wonderful beach and pool with swim up bar. Lots of water sports to choose from and I did a scuba dive whilst I was there- the water was so clear! Staff were great and provided a great service.Breakfast was included & my beach hut was amazing! Thank you so much for an incredible stay :)

Very loud music across the entire accommodation. If you are looking to relax here. Forget it. The pool area plays very loud music which disturbs the entire experience. It is impossible to think here. It is like a teenages party gone wrong. A very unpleasant experience indeed. The management needs to decide on their target market. Not recommended at all.

*** Stay At Your Own Peril *** Possibly the worst accommodation I have ever experienced. We lasted approximately 3hrs before evacuating what was a very very grim place. On being asked by management what I found so offensive, I provided them with the following list of issues. 1. Photos advertised don’t match up to anything that our room looked like. No paintings on the walls, no flowers, dirty presentation. 2. There was no shower. Photos advertised showed a proper rain head. 3. One of the pools was green and out of bounds. 4. The beds were so hard it would have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. 5. There was a child’s Cot in the room. 6. The fridge was sitting on the floor. 7. The furniture in the room was very outdated. 8. Air Conditioning was making a horrific noise. 9. No bed linen other than one sheet. 10. Room cleaning every other day. 11. Loud music which was not pleasant to listen too from the pool area. 12. Rubbish scattered all over the site. 13. No water in the fridge.

I have been to hundreds of hotels in my life, but this has the worst service of any of them. They never answered my e-mails, so I booked via Booking. Although the young man in the reception is extremely nice, the older woman treats guests like garbage. She even refused to print a one page pdf because she said she did not have time, but she did have time to argue about it with me for 20 minutes? Every decent hotel prints a one-page pdf file for its guests. Every small request turns into a nightmare. For example, since I move around a lot when I sleep I asked her to tell the cleaning people to please give us an extra bedsheet, but of course she never informed them. Then when I asked a cleaning lady about it she said I had to ask the receptionist! Since I pressured her, she finally talked to the manager of cleaning and he arranged an extra bed sheet, but the next day they took it away when cleaning! Also they only clean every second day -- which would be acceptable, but they also only gave us new soap 3 times during a 14-day stay! The breakfast is the worst I have ever had in my life at any hotel. There is only orange drink and water in addition to coffee-tea, but the orange drink is mostly water and sugar. I don't mind that there is no warm food, but there is only one type of processed cheese -- not feta cheese -- and 2 types of cold meats. There is also yogurt but only canned fruits to eat with it. There are no fresh fruits or vegetables. If you are vegan there is nothing to eat. I asked if I could borrow two cups for making tea in our room as we took our own water cooker with us, but it led to a 10-minute argument until she finally agreed. Every other hotel will either already have glasses and cups in your room or at least they always agree immediately to lend it to you. The water in the rooms is awful as it is salt-water from the sea without any filter, so you cannot even use the water to rinse your fruit, but rather have to buy bottled water! It is great that there are 2 pools and that it is next to the sea, but it is also outrageous that they charged 50-60 Euro for an umbrella and cot to lie down on.

Lovely location. Stayed in the cottages. Nice and cleaned every day. Quite new. Pool is lovely, restaurant also. The bold guy from the restaurant understands the tourists. Free transfer included from and to the port. The the points for improvement: - Breakfast could be expanded. Little choice and the same every day. -Free shuttle not available. Broken on arrival and not fixed on Monday as promised. Not even on Wednesday. Solve the problem. -Poolbar all of a sudden closed all day without notice. -Cleaners very loud every morning and 7.00 am. Laughing, talking etc. -Ants in the accommodation. Be pro active at the frontoffice and solve the issues via the management. When solved, overall great stay.

an unforgettable holiday the perfect location as it is a short distance from Naoussa in an enviable position on one of the most beautiful beaches of Paros. Inside the structure there is a small supermarket, a characteristic restaurant and 2 swimming pools, one of which with bar service. Very courteous staff. In the surroundings of Santa Maria there are various taverns where you can taste the typical Greek dishes, an experience to be repeated absolutely.
