I called twice before arrival date requesting downstairs as I have a disability and was told I would get a downstairs room but when I arrived only upstairs available

The lady (Front Office Mgr) was very accommodating; smooth check-in; very welcoming). Remodeling hammer/pound noise (then stopped). The floors (above are hard—non carpeted) heavy feet walking back and forth made it challenging to get good rest. 3 1/2 to 4 STARS because of the nice lady Manager.

AVOID! The room was disgusting. 1) As soon as we walked in the stench was horrendous, smelled like mold and cigarettes. 2) The walls had blood and food stains. 3) The bed sheets and pillows had multiple stains. 3) Floors had junked up mud/dirt. 4) Bathroom floor had mud, 1 towel with dirt stains and the white shower curtain had red stains. 5) The mirrors were scratched with graffiti. 6) Bugs running on floor when we turn on the lights. This place is the worst I’ve ever seen, they make motel 6 look like a 5-star hotel. Please avoid at all costs, the reviews are fake. And the pictures are NOTHING like it really is, it’s false advertisement. Nobody should be subjected to stay in an unsanitary and unsafe conditions like this. AND NO REFUNDS SO SAVE YOURSELF $ and the headache. I’ve stay in outdated motels plenty of times but this place is very dirty and nasty. It checks the box for every single worst case scenario when it comes to hotels. It’s really THAT BAD.

The property is filthy, interior walls and doors are filthy and headboards and blinds are dusty. The showed floor was hit beyond disgusting that I had to shower with flip flops on. The room smelled like it had been clean but after a quick visual you can clearly see it was NOT! AND to top that off, a fight broke out in the room right next to us. You can hear a scuffle, screaming, crying, people running out and then a bit later the police show up. We felt so unsafe after that. Needless to say I will NEVER go back there again. Very disappointed, we expected better, especially for the price that was paid for the room plus a $30 dollar deposit. Never again!
