The front desk people were very helpful and patient. We were very close to downtown and could buy a converter just a few blocks from the hotel. It is a nice property with cute balconies. Breakfast at the terrace was nice and relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was super clean and the person who greeted us was wonderful, no complaints at all. It just so happens that the sea right across from it has a sewage line and walking towards it from under the bridge was a nasal nightmare. With a car you are absolutely okay to stay here because you can drive to a cleaner swimming spot.

L'anno scorso abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo in una stanza abbastanza nuova e comfortevole invece questa volta la camera era in mansarda calda e umida, con soffitto molto basso e l'aria condizionata che praticamente non funzionava, finestra minuscola senza zanzariera, il bagno piccolissimo e da ristrutturare

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia fortunatamente per una sola notte al terzo piano ,senza ascensore , ed è stato molto deludente partendo da : Letto , doghe in legno rotte ,acqua calda a momenti ,doccia per niente confortevole (si allagava il bagno grazie a una tenda inutile ) ,la persiana che sbatteva in continuazione con un ferma persiane rotto,una TV non funzionante. Personale disinteressato e inutile nel trovare soluzione
Le uniche cose positive sono il parcheggio privato e posizione quasi vicino a Tropea
